Re: Yogan's writings to freedom
So i wrote today on my blog. I was looking at my recent experiences over the past months, and focused on a particular point related to my studies. As a child, i lived many programs that require uncovering. I intend to take them out and to see them, and remove any influence that remains from the live...

Re: Brushing Teeth
I have no idea about this point. I don't brush my teeth and I have had no physical side-effects or discomforts. I have been told that I will regret not brushing my teeth when I get older because they will rott if I neglect them, my gums will perish and I will live in pain and lose all my teeth. So ...

Re: Yogan's writings to freedom
Bernard said that self-forgiveness is for feelings, implying that emotions do not really require self-forgive and that feelings require letting go in a more purposeful, direct stance. Yogan: implying is like assuming, and assuming is like guessing, and guessing is like a shot in the dark - Bernard ...

Re: Yogan's writings to freedom
What I have found with this is that when I for example am here writing a reply to a post and I start doubting myself - I can either utilize the doubt to check myself and to make sure that my words stand and that I do not write based on reactions/assumptions and/OR I can simply decide to trust mysel...

Re: Yogan's writings to freedom

Re: Yogan's writings to freedom
Thanks for clarifying my point Lindsay. I totally thought bernard meant that. So i was really confused. Its clarified now, emotions, feelings and thoughts. I need to be responsible for all three. And my responsibility is to whether i accept and allow them and whether I remain here, doing what is bes...
