How did this man come to see how people often see Death as just a moment, when in reality the moment of Death is actually interconnected to your entire life?

Why do you tend to focus on the moment of Death instead of all the moments of life in each and every breath you take?

Why does this man say that there is no ONE person or thing at fault for him accidentally shooting himself, but that the responsibility of our relationship to weapons extends throughout humanity and the history of our civilizations?
