Re: Sadoon's writings
Would be cool to read your Self Forgiveness statement with regards to your realization: "patterns are my per-established ways of interacting with my particular environment"
Re: Sadoon's writings
So more on my realizations regarding the patterns I see emerging and I will share some self forgiveness this time. I will talk about how these patterns, as thoughts, emerge within my process of focusing on breath and writing a plan for each day.
Writing has been most applicable to me at this stage as a conscious decision to sit and write everyday is not too difficult. By writing out a plan of what should be done of every hour in everyday, gives my day a certain direction and point to accomplish. This is supportive in walking the realization that thoughts supporting energy indulgence are points that stop me from making progress one day at a time by dissuading me from what I have planned to achieve each day. It is also supportive in stopping these reactions emerging from a starting point of boredom as I have planned the whole day to leave no excuses for boredom. These thoughts would also arise as a reaction to certain things in my home, like seeing a computer would arouse thoughts of watching pornography. Stopping thoughts as they arise, breathing and saying my self corrective statements is all that has shown to be effective. But having a plan reduces the emergence of these thoughts as I have something on paper to adhere to.
The most reoccurring way for me to distract myself from my points is by loosing myself in thoughts, memories, imagination, mental music etc. It makes me loose focus and go into a dream world. This is probably my biggest habit and I have seen how it keeps me from being on schedule. Also, I have noticed that when I loose myself in a thought, by the time I realize and stop it, the flow of thoughts have taken me through an energetic experience that puts me in a completely different state of mind- no longer in that point of stability when I made my decision as I'm consumed with whatever energy that particular thought gives me. For example, even just cleaning the dishes and loosing myself in the thought of something I watched on TV for just a few seconds makes me feel the same as I did when I watched it. This is a clear indicator that loosing myself in thoughts puts my mind and motivation in a point of polarity.
Focus on breath has been effective in stopping thoughts but has been super hard to fully apply at this stage. I have never in my life stopped thinking for a moment and I realize now that this is my way of keeping me entertained anywhere, all the time. I have to keep stopping myself many times throughout the day to commit myself to breathing but I would find it difficult to stick to especially while doing something. However, simply by stopping participation with thoughts the moment I realize has made me more focused and more able to stick to my plan. It also revealed self dishonesty in me- When I realize I have to stop certain thoughts, usually about rehearsing situations and reliving memories to 'correct' my conduct in those situations, I would resist. This has made me realize how important being 'perfect' is to me and how important it is for me to make sure that I come across as 'perfect' by rehearsing and reliving situations. Applying self forgiveness to the point of self judgment makes me look at these thoughts like they are not worth it and has re-affirmed my commitment to focusing on breath.
In short, planing has kept my attention away from points of energy and breathing has been supportive in stopping the energy as I realize it.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to participate in thoughts and feelings that support constant energy indulgence without realizing that by doing so, I am reliving the pattern of escaping my physical reality by experiencing myself only as energy.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to react to boredom by creating thoughts and feelings that support constant energy indulgence without realizing that I have created the excuse of 'not having something to do' by not planning my day
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to consider myself as 'bored' when I am not experiencing energy
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to react to 'opportunities' to experience energy by creating thoughts and feelings that suggest I participate in it.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to loose focus on my commitment to the physical by experiencing a flow of thoughts that put me into an energetic state of mind that is not stable.
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to resist stopping participation with thoughts that make sure I appear perfect
I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to judge myself by the standard of perfection and not accepting and allowing myself to be recognized as imperfect by myself and others.
Thats all for now.

Re: Sadoon's writings
Very cool writing and insights here Sadoon!
A suggestion to consider:
When writing out self-forgiveness, it is best to 'get into the habit' of walking the point through to correction within writing out self-corrective statements and/or commitment statements in regards to how you will practically correct yourself when/as you see this point emerge within your reality again - how you will practically take self-responsibility and hold yourself accountable to stop existing within a point(s) that you see clearly is/are not assisting you in being an effective being, nor are they best for all.
For examples of how others have walked their self-corrective application, check out these threads:

Re: Sadoon's writings
The experience of being bored is within limitation of the mind as an idea/belief system based on the past. It is an indication that we are not moving and directing ourselves which likely has supporting pre-programmed belief systems . Suggest to investigate this when the feeling of boredom comes up to see what you can do in the moment that would assist and support yourself.I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to consider myself as 'bored' when I am not experiencing energy

Here's a supportive video in relation to Boredom:
What is Boredom
Re: Sadoon's writings
I was going to ask for examples of ways to support oneself through boredom, but the answer came to me as I was asking it..William wrote:Suggest to investigate this when the feeling of boredom comes up to see what you can do in the moment that would assist and support yourself.
Solution: Install a program that alerts the user when boredom has been allowed. Then bring self back to self, and direct.
If nothing comes up, great, time to direct yourself according to what's best for all life. If I can't think of what to do, there are excuses why not, usually "not feeling like taking responsibility right now," and I tend to fall back onto 'oughts' that are aligned with success measured outside of myself, so at least that's good (/justification for not doing more) I can at least still perform in the system, while overwhelmed by the picture of unending responsibility.

This reminded me of some videos that I find supportive when facing the point of moving self through the day:By writing out a plan of what should be done of every hour in everyday, gives my day a certain direction and point to accomplish.

Re: Sadoon's writings
Thanks for the support!
I will be posting soon on my experience with laziness. I have shared my self forgiveness on this point in my thread in 'Sharing Self Forgiveness' and some insight would be appreciated on the self correcting statement I wrote.
Also is there any vlogs, blogs or material anyone will recommend in terms of dealing with this point?
peace!

Re: Sadoon's writings
I got here after posting on your Self Forgiveness thread, and yes, perspectives on the Self Corrective Statement were given which is actually the 'key point' to then place into practical application and actual living-correction everything that we write through Self Forgiveness. So, let us know if that's clear and feel free to ask whenever there's any doubt on how to see the common sense point and self-honesty in any given point you're working with.
On laziness
A great interview that is available on youtube is 2012: Where were You in this Life? which is an overall perspective of who we are within this process - and to really get some straightforward realizations about it all, I suggest getting Reptilians - Where is Life - Part 28 which is one of my 'favorite' ones in terms of giving an existential overview of our process and how we really just have this one life to walk the points. There's also Reptilians - Guidelines through the Maze of the World-System - Part 20 - I've found the entire series very supportive in terms of realizing my own limitations as the perfect trap and excuse they are to not move and maintain ourselves within the same mind-loops of 'being in the mind' preoccupied, instead of simply moving myself and walking through the actual self-direction that is required to stop the thoughts that we use to keep ourselves in such laziness.
There's also 2012: Too Lazy to Change for further perspectives.
Then you'll be able to see for yourself how you can practically direct yourself in such moments.
Enjoy
On laziness
I've also found that laziness is in fact fear of making a mistake or doing something wrong or for the first time, because when the point is simply physically directed, all the haziness of laziness dissipates and you eventually simply stop it as when walking the actual 'doing' of whatever we were being lazy about, we realize the laziness for what it is: self-created limitation as thoughts in our head - serves no purpose other than keeping us bound to a time-loop of existing in a particular time-frame of having to do something and not giving it proper direction in the moment - not necessary to go through that if we simply acknowledge our ability to walk the point by simply doing it.Bernard wrote:"Laziness is the suppressed version of self-judgment. So - find the self-judgment, set yourself free from the judgment itself and then you won't need laziness to hide in. Remember, that - the desire that forced you into judgment, and eventual laziness is still your master. Don't judge your master - serve your master, until you are equal to your master and then decide how to direct yourself."
