Why Jesus told people to hate life not loving it?
How to identify real Jesus words not manipulated words by beings in New Testament?
John 12:25
Re: John 12:25
Hey Frank,
Here I think it's important to apply common sense, and the principles we are learning through our process. Just because something is said, doesn't make it so - we must be able to see through the bs of this world and see what is actually here, what is real. So to take this statement of John 12:25 - how do you see/read it? What does it bring up in you? Is it something you could stand by/live as for eternity?
We are meant to ask questions, and to investigate all things, and keep what is good. So investigate this phrase - what does it mean for you? Is it a statement that manipulates? Why would such a statement exist in such a book? What was/is the problem and what is the solution?
