21 Day Self Forgiveness Challenge – The Bully – Day 514

Day 1 -

I have had this pain in my head in the back, I looked at it within myself and I saw that it was based on fear, I asked another for some more specific support who is skilled in muscle communication, and she shared that it was in relation to fear of being laughed at or mocked. I have had experience with this in my past and so I know of what this feels like and within me I understand why this fear exists cause I have not as of yet forgiven myself for these moments and forgiven others.

So here I walk the necessary forgiveness to release myself from this fear and thus be able to walk with all walks of life equal and one to myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear being mocked or laughed at because within myself I have related that to have a fatal flaw and thus my survival is at stack in this life.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to define myself based on my external reality and thus be moved by either a positive drive or negative one such as fear if and when someone acts in a specific way toward me.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear the external world such as people because I have accepted and allowed myself to make them more powerful then me and thus allow and accept myself to live and be defined by how I am spoken to, what gestures and movements are made, and how I am treated in any given moment to understand who I am in these moments and thus move myself depending on what is done.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to place value judgments on others in my reality as positive such as that person is ‘nice’ ‘good’ ‘I like’ ‘I love’ ‘they are awesome’ ‘they are so sweet’ if the person sends my way words filled with a message that gives me feelings that are warm and comforting within my body, and so I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to be moved and defined by energy movements within me based on what happens around me instead of me directing myself within and as myself and thus within my world.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to place value judgments on negative actions happening in my reality such as I am called names or told within what I do is not good or belittling me and thus become reactive and defensively in blame toward the other for making me feel less then when I see, realize, and understand that this is what I have done to myself by accepting and allowing others to define me within my own self living and my own physical body.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to put my trust of who I am out there onto my reality instead of seeing, realizing, and understanding that this is not how I have to live, I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not take responsibility for my own thoughts, words, and deeds within myself and move myself into my own awareness of what is here within what I have lived, what I have understood, what I have proven to myself, and how I live in principles in support and assistance to a world that is best for all.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed trigger words and energy as fear attached to these trigger words make me fall and react when faced with them instead of realizing and understanding that these words do not define me and thus I do not have to accept them as so.

When and as I see I am reacting to another’s words based on fear of being mocked or laughed at, I stop and breath, and realize I am the one who directs and defines myself, I realize I am here, I have changed and lived change for myself, I have transcended myself into a person I am proud of at this moment, and I am continuing to move myself into my highest potential.

I commit myself to trust that I am able to stand and move into responsibility in the moment the energy comes by a decision and breath.

I commit myself to stand through the storm until the calm and support always with solutions forward.

I commit myself to understand the other throwing words of abuse and realize I am not what is being said as I define myself.

I commit myself to stop abusing myself in my own mind by walking and living the words self acceptance as I stand in stability in my physical body in the principles of what is best for all.

I commit myself to live examples of support and stop all abuse and fighting til here no further.

21 Day Self Forgiveness Challenge – Wanting Depth with my Partner – Day 515

Day 2-

Within myself I have always been a deep person, looking for and finding the truth of myself and this existence, I have been fascinated by this quest, pushing it and pushing myself to more and more depths, I thrive on this I would say. This is more a personal journey with myself, though with others, I have been seeing that there has been a desire to have such depth, to push for the meanings, the understandings, the realizations, and more of who we are together, though not all people are like me. Some are yes, though many that I have met aren’t and within this I have been struggling to feel satisfied with others and so only seek out those who support with this depth that I thrive off of. This has been especially coming up lately with my partner because we see things quite differently, it’s almost as though we see things in opposite ways, he tends to be more practical, scientific, and mathematical, where I am again looking for self introspection and realizations that will spring humanity into a new era of evolution and prosperity through this evolution of ourselves back to life here.

And it’s not to even say this is how it is, but this is more how I am seeing it at the moment, so within this relationship I am desiring this depth though it hasn’t manifested as of yet. I have been seeing that I am going into a frustration because of the two different ways we interpret and look at reality, so what I realized with a help of a friend is that every single relationship that we are in is unique unto themselves, there is no two that are the same and within this one can explore and create and express oneself in the uniqueness that is each one that we meet and interact with. This could be human, animal, or anything for that matter. I thought that was a very cool way of looking at it and supports with being here, living more real time and within this creating and expressing oneself based on the uniqueness of the moment rather then in the mind in comparison, wants, and backchat.

So I will do some self forgiveness on the desire to have depth in relationships and redefine the word unique to live.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to desire a depth within relationships where I go into comparison of my relationship with myself and others, and create a negative or positive feeling based on the result of this comparison that effects the relationship within many aspects of the interaction.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to want the depth of a relationship that I feel with some, but not see, realize, and understand that it took time and patience to get to a point where the relationship could be lived in such a way.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that within my life I need to have all my relationships have depth and introspection of life’s biggest questions to have a meaningful and substantial development with another, when I see, realize, and understand how limiting this is within my life and my relationships with others.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to follow the energy of feeling good and excited when I meet someone who is deep and interesting and so go into a belief that ‘I like this person a lot’, when I see, realize, and understand that this is just based on a desire fulfilled and keeps me complacent in my life to not change and experience that which is outside my comfort zone.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to go into an emotion of anger and resentment when I am with another who is more interested in other subjects or things to do that don’t hold my interest and want to retreat and retract myself from the situation as fast as possible so I can go back to my comfort zone which is discovering depth and truth.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to follow emotions such as anger and resentment toward another for being them, and not see, realize, and understand that this is actually limiting and diminishing my capacity of growth and expansion outside my comfort zones to new topics and doings that I would have never had access to otherwise.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to like a person or not based on the feeling of excitement and goodness I go into when another peeks my interest of depth, as I see, realize, and understand that I am not directing myself within these relationships, but being moved by energy and dismissing beings equal to myself with equally something to share that is substantial and meaningful in whatever unique way is created.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to miss the uniqueness of each and every relationship I am in based on the very nature of life itself, it is always changing, ever expanding, and ever creating and within this one can expand and grow with and as life as one walks with others in their life.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to judge others based on this belief that I need depth and not see, realize, and understand everyone has meaning and everyone has a unique expression to share and learn from.

I commit myself to move into a uniqueness of each moment I am in, exploring the moment with another, expressing myself within depth and/or expression whenever it is here to express.

I commit myself to move myself into new opportunities and within my relationships to expand and grow in learning about others no matter who or how they live and seeing what we can walk together in what is best for all.

I commit myself to live unique which is walking without comparison with others and finding the individual expression that everyone I meet has to share and exploring and enjoying myself within these moments.

21 Day Self Forgiveness Challenge - To Defend and Protect - Day 516

Day 3 -

I listened to an interview called Crucifixion of Jesus - Protection, Defense, and Fear tonight through eqafe which spoke about the underlying issues and mechanisms that one goes into when feeling attacked by another and trying to defend and protect ourselves. I could relate scenario and found a few areas of my life where I go into this mode. What was discussed in this interview was that when a person goes into this form of attacking another or in other words goes into a mode of defending and protecting themselves, somewhere within them they went into a fear that was triggered causing them to react in such a way. I can relate this to the fear that I experience within relationships I am in, and one of the major fears I see triggers me is the fear of my survival being threatened, like somehow or in someway the person/people triggering this experience within me has power over me and thus has power over if I will survive or not based on what is being said or done.

I realize obviously the only way I can be powerless in a situation or limited is if I accept and allow another to make me experience this, so here I will walk self forgiveness on this fear and see what corrections will needed to be implemented to take responsibility for myself and find ways to support with change.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to go into a form of self victimization when I am triggered by a words or words in my reality that trigger the fear of being abandoned and so where I will have to be alone and fend for myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to go into a form of self vicitimzation and blame toward another for triggering this experience within me of feeling like I can’t take care of myself or protect myself and so within that fear that I will be left and have to fend for myself and so possible die within this.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear being alone and on my own to have to survive because it is new to me and I believe I would not know what to do.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize, and understand that within my living environment that there is many resources that I am able to use and gain support from within my life and also that I am resourceful within myself so if worst comes to worst, I do trust that I will be able to provide for myself and find ways of common sense resolutions to problems in my life.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to go into a form of fear within the thought or imagination that I may die, when I see, realize, and understand that death is a part of life and that within life there is no need or reason to fear as this will come, though what will define me is how I lived.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not take responsibility for the fear that is coming up within me as fear of death when I see, realize, and understand that I blame it on another and make it their problem.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize, and understand that within what I have walked within my life that I am always responsible for my own reactions as fears and that within that there is a way of moving into a living word or a solution that’ll support with moving through the tougher points of fear as I see, realize, and understand that I don’t have to move with fear, but can move within common sense living in self honesty.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to make it about the other person instead of seeing, realizing, and understanding that it’s not about the other, but about who I am within myself and how I move into and as a point self responsibility and finding ways to live with myself and others in a way that is supportive and moves into solutions first and foremost.

I commit myself to walk self change within these moments of fear death through realizing that I am not in extreme danger and that I can resources solutions.

I commit myself to stop fear of death as it’s inevitable and live here in what is best as my life.

I commit myself to live what is best for all and stop fear in thought, word, and deed through breathing and moving into solutions that support with communication and understanding the other/situation with more depth and unity.

Self Forgiveness Challenge – Competition – Day 517

Day 4 -

I have found one of the roots to the abuse and turmoil in my life can be flowed from this one point of participation, and that is competition. Competition comes up in relation to many different scenarios and context, but it stems from experience of lack within self. This lack is seeking to be fulfilled through a source outside, and so the competition of oneself and another ensues causing many outflow consequences that are not best for all. To understand competition on a more in depth level it is where within self there is a point one is not wanting to take responsibility for, and through that point of not wanting to take responsibility, competition is created in a race to fulfill a craving to win and be better. Competition can also be seen as a form of distraction, one that is destructive in most cases, to suppress the actual real issue that driving this desire to be better and that is not wanting to face the real issue which is self needs to change in a way that is best for all.

Self forgiveness on this point:

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that I am able to compete with another person in a way were it’s not causing harm, when I see, realize, and understand the internal energies that is fueling this behavior is one of superiority, ruthlessness, and desire.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to go into a desire to become more then another and so within that have apparently more power in the relationship, when I see, realize, and understand I am only compromising myself due to the desire to gain something that I don’t believe I can give to myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to go into a form of self abdication to the responsibility of changing myself and becoming the solution that is here to support what is best for all.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to desire to seek my own self gratification over others, where I will deliberately seek out my own self interest and advancement within the understanding that others will not receive and so loss.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to seek over others, and so take another’s share in this world, where I have more than needed and another ends up with less.

I forgive myself that I have not accepted and allowed myself to live the equality equation within all movements in my life, where I assess and direct my outflows to be that which is best for all rather than only supporting myself to move forward.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to create an idea that I am more advanced then another person if I am winning in a competition with them either directly or indirectly in my mind, and create an idea of myself that I am inherently better than the other, looking down upon them and creating a feeling of superiority.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to become ruthless within who I am in competition where I will seek my own self gratification in a moment of instant gratification where another will lose out as I gain more, and so exist within a form of abuse where I take and another loses.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to deliberately know that I am taking from another and continue to do so due to the addiction of believing I am better and more and so safe from abuse from others.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to become the abuser and so create abuse in an escape from my own fear of abuse from others who compete with me, and so perpetuate the competition playout of win and loss over many scenarios and beings in my life.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to go into a form of self abuse where I believe I have to compete to survive and so do it out of fear of death.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed energy as fear as a driving force within me to compete and so create consequences that are not best for all, when I see, realize, and understand that this equation can be lived out and considered in each breath.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not live in breath here and consider each movement I make in what is best for all, where I take responsibility for myself and actions, and support solutions that will support all.

When and as I see myself go into the desire to win, I stop and breath, and realize this will outflow into a form of abuse either to myself or another.

I commit myself to move into the equality equation of what is best.

I commit myself to take responsibility for my fear and move into a calmness where I can live the word physical here as all are here equal to myself.

I commit myself to find solutions that are best for all and stop the desire to win.

I commit myself to live the word competition in a way of understanding what is best through trail and error, and determining through groups and test what is best for all if not apparently understood, and that which is supportive for all in all moments.

My Process So Far of Living Words – Day 518

I have been walking the process of living words for a bit of time now, I can’t put a number on it, but actively I have been walking it for the past many months. This actually is something that I have been doing for most of my life, living words, but not in a way of actively directing myself within it and making decisions as to when and how I will live words, it has more been automatic in what seemingly came natural to me or what I was good at. So let me start with sharing what living words means, this is when you decide to first find a pattern in your life that you want to change, for instance, becoming more disciplined. To live this word, first it is important to investigate all the scenarios of the word that you can see so you can understand yourself within it, though you will also be discovering and uncovering new ways to live the word as you go on living your life, so this process is ongoing one. It is quite something because you are creating yourself, expand more and more of yourself into and as your world.

I will walk a living word process with the word discipline to support with showing why I live words as well as how to do this, this always to expand myself and support myself to be better, and this always to create a world that is best for all. My goal is life and living in a way that is my highest potential and showing everyone else that we all can do this as well. Imagine a world where every human being is living there words in a way that is their highest potential, and they realize this is possible because they are in fact doing it themselves. So lots of potential we have, and this process I have found supports with living that out for each one who ventures into it, living words is a way to self create.

Within the word discipline there are areas in my life where I was already living this, in my work and also in my responsibilities towards others day to day, very much I am living this word, so I recognized in my life what this looks like in these specific scenarios. This is where I mentioned earlier that you will discover that many words are already being lived by yourself, we are living words anyway, what we think will eventually be lived. So it’s important it from self and based on a direct understanding of who you are within it. In this process, there is an emphasis on living words that will support with changing self to be my highest potential. This goal will eventually create a better version of who I am as I expand myself more and more in living words, such as the word discipline that I am going to expand myself within through this very process I am writing out. I have had trouble being disciplined when it comes to waking up in the morning and getting tasks done before work, this is something that I have been wanting to do, but I have been allowing the addiction to sleep sway me from living my potential in this area and be more productive during my early morning.

In this scenario with expanding myself in the area of my life where I am not disciplined in, getting out of bed early and getting tasks done before work, I will have to create and expand myself in the living of this word in this scenario. Here redefining the word is supportive, something that not many do I would say and within this process of redefining words, I use self forgiveness and self corrective statements to better understand the different dimensions of myself I have attached to the word discipline. For instance, I have attached the emotion of anxiety to the word discipline because I have a fear that I will not live up to this word and what I am desiring to be disciplined in, and so will fail. This causing me anxiety as I have assessed myself as someone who is able to be strong and move through all challenges, if I do not stand within the word discipline and do what it is I am wanting to do, but slack off and sleep in, I will have proven to myself that I am not disciplined and so this is something I resist showing to myself.

So as you see within investigating for just a moment, I have already uncovered three dimensions of this word discipline that is causing me to resist and so not push myself to in fact move out of the pattern of sleeping in and becoming productive before the work day starts.

In my next blog I will walk through the next step I have been doing in the processing of living words, through investigating the word within me and understanding who I am in relation to it, walking self forgiveness and self correction to live within this word, and then redefining the word to live in my life and beyond. I will be on the self forgiveness and self correction to the word discipline in the few dimensions that I spoke on above, thanks for reading and see you tomorrow.

Self Commitment Journal - Morning Routine - Day 520

I have been walking a process on the desteni forum on committing myself to waking up in the morning early and in those few hours before work or the start of the day, I instead of sleep become productive. I walk my ups and downs, and what realizations and change implementations I am using to walk this commitment into a living reality for myself. I will post the link here, and if you are inclined can check it out and hope to give support to anyone also facing this point in their lives. Thanks

Living Words – Discipline – Morning Routine – Self Forgiveness and Self Change = Day 521

Here I am walking the living of this word in a specific scenario, one that I have been challenged with and that is within the addiction to sleep. There has been a process I have been walking in relation to waking up at 5am and being productive at this time with either writing, exercising, or working in some way or another. What I have realized is that I am being controlled by the desire to sleep, the grogginess, the beliefs that I have to sleep more, the idea that sleeping is healthy, and the rest of the mind backchat that I have been participating in based on the physical programming that I have allowed where sleep feels like it is impossible to stop. Though even with this challenge I have given myself, it is not complicated, it is actually quite simplistic, it takes actions, it takes self will, it takes physical movement, and at the start it takes discipline to move beyond the programming.

So I am going to first do self forgiveness on some dimensions I found in my last blog you can find here, and correct those dimensions so they are clear within me, first one is the dimension that I am attaching the emotion of anxiety to the word discipline because I have created a belief that if I am going to walk discipline I have to succeed within it, if I fail then I will be showing myself that I am not actually what I hope I am, and that is disciplined.

Self forgiveness on anxiety, expectation, and hope in relation to the word discipline:

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to attach an emotion of anxiety to the word discipline based on a fear that I will not succeed within what it is that I am desiring to be disciplined within and through that create a hope that I will be this.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to go into a reaction of hope based on the thought and picture of me being disciplined within my living where I see that I could be this successful person who is disciplined and within this I could be hard working, and this is what I desire for myself.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to see myself as a failure if I don’t live up to this desire of myself within the picture I have created of being successful in my disciplined action and within this create the anxiety if I don’t fall and don’t live up to my expectation.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to create an expectation that I have to succeed within this in a way that is quick and powerful, where I show that I am strong and can do anything, based on the hope that this is how I am when I see, realize, and understand this is being created within my mind with energy, and is in fact not who I am, as I only realize, see, and understand who I am by walking the process of living the word discipline to my highest potential and within this, I see, realize, and understand this will continue to expand as I live it.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have a picture of my dad as the example I am living up to as a point of discipline and within this create an idea of what I have to do and how I have to live as this absolute discipline he lives where he walks his day specifically and with discipline, but for me I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize, and understand that he too walked a process to get to where he is at, and within me, I am not defined nor limited by a picture in my head of what I have to be like as this process is unique to who I am and what I will create in my process as I redefine and live the word discipline within the creation of myself each moment.

When and as I see I am going into a point of self sabotage with the belief that I have to be successful and like my dad, I stop and breath, and realize that I don’t need to define myself by any of these pictures and energy, but can move within a point of self will, walking moment to moment, and realize that who I am within this process is in self creation as I redefine and recreate myself as the living word discipline.

I commit myself to let go of the pictures in my mind of what I need to be like and focus on moving myself here through the challenges with physical will power.

I commit myself to let go of the pictures in my mind of what I need to be like instead of moving here breath by breath and creating who I am based on the moment and what is needed to live in my highest potential.

I commit myself to push myself beyond my resistances and move into disciplined living.

The next point I am seeing is living in the past, where I desire to be able to sleep in and have it like it was with no worries or cares, indulging in the satisfaction of sleeping to my desire is filled, this I will walk self forgiveness on:

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to go into a desire of being able to live how it use to be, where I was ignorant and in that in bliss, not having to take responsibility and stand within a way of integrity.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to go into a belief that it was better in the past when I could sleep in and not have a care in the world.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to desire to have the life I once had were I could sleep all I wanted, get up and do nothing I wanted, without any consideration or care as to the effect I am having on my own well being and that of others.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to go into hope, hoping I can just live how I once have and just let things be easy and simply.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to believe that the past where I wasn’t taking responsibility for myself was simple and easy, when I see, realize, and understand that I wasn’t doing what I could be and living in a way that is detrimental to others and myself by existing in separation and limitation.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to access this desire of hope where I want to soak up in this feeling of comfort, peace, and serenity as I remember what it is like to lie in the comfort of my bed in the escape of sleep.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to distract myself with this feeling of desire and peace in thinking about sleep, when I am ignoring the fact that it cause the mind to permeate deeper into the physical and is in the background slowly killing life.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to slowly kill life due to the feelings I am generating through the thoughts of comfort and peace within my mind as thoughts of sleeping, when I see, realize, and understand that this is not real, this is a point of self abdication to stand within my own self responsibility, and do whatever it takes to align myself with what is best and stand equal and one with life here as breath.

When and as I see I am going into this energy based memory of sleeping in the past, where the feelings of comfort, peace, and serenity comes up, I stop and breath, and realize that this is a distraction and abdication of myself as life in the fact that I am responsible to stand within equality with the physical and stop allowing the mind to take over and direct me here.
I commit to breath through these desires to have the feelings of what it was like in the past where I could sleep and do whatever I wanted in ignorance.

I commit myself to ground myself in the word what is best, life, and here as physical.

I commit myself to be disciplined in the morning and wake up after 4-6 hours of sleep so I rest the body and stop the mind from integrating more.

Next blog, I will walk the redefined word of discipline and start walking a process with waking up early to more set in stone the way forward with this example.

Discipline – Re-Defining and Living Words – Day 522

(I chose the fly as a picture of discipline because most see a pest and something that is to be killed as it's dirty, though if you study the actions of the bugs/animal kingdom you will see that they are extremely disciplined and live with integrity, yes even a fly observe life around you, you will see them as examples of how to live, I will write more on what I've learned from animals/bugs. There is much more to consider in this reality then meets the eye of the mind, life lives beyond the mind reality. For more on the animal kingdom and their purpose, please check out the link here.)

This is a continuation of this Blog:
My Process So Far of Living Words – Day 518
Living Words – Discipline – Morning Routine – Self Forgiveness and Self Change - Day 521

For me discipline is something I can relate to, this based on project I enjoy doing or activities that I am good at. For instance, sports, I was able to be disciplined in sports because I thrived off of it, becoming better in my skills, and competing to be the best among my peers. I find that with things such as reading or focusing on doing a report or writing for my job or responsibilities, I am less enthused and inclined to push myself to move into the decision to be disciplined. This based on the idea I have created within the work environment as not as fun and not able to physically express like how I am able to in a sport.

So points I am seeing that I can align myself within to live this word discipline more wholesomely throughout my day and life is through redefining the way in which I see work and play so to speak and also how I can expand myself in these two areas within the word discipline to indeed succeed in creating myself in more and more areas as well as to become proficient within all activities I encounter to live this word discipline across the board. Make this word an application I can live in many different scenarios.

What is the purpose for me to be disciplined?

The purpose for me to become disciplined is to expand myself eventually with ease, where I use the word discipline as a bridge to move through the transition phase or learning phase of something I take on that is new or I am rusty in, and move into an extension of myself within what I take on to be able to perform in an efficient way as well as to reach my highest potential.

So words that I see also can be applied within living the word discipline in my life would be focus, precision, responsible, purpose, and within this, I can apply myself until the task at hand is no longer something I need to discipline myself within, but comes with a natural expression of wanting to create within it through pushing limitations and expanding myself the best I am able to.

My purpose then would be self expansion within the principle of doing what is best for all in self honest living application, I am always moving myself toward pushing the limit of myself and my environments to bring in the functioning of living in our best abilities and doing what is best for all within this. And here some more words that are coming up is patience because as I walk this process of perfecting my discipline application in many areas, this will take a lot of patience as I go through the ups and downs and find my way within it. As well as the extension of myself into my environment as I support others to become more disciplined as I have learned, I too have to live patience in these scenarios as they walk their process of discipline as well. So I would always want to be supportive for not only myself, but any others I may touch and are interested in expanding themselves in living words as well such as with the word discipline.

Dictionary Definition:
Discipline –
1. Noun – a system of rules or method of practice.
2. Noun – a branch of knowledge.
3. Noun – training to improve strength or self control.
4. Noun – the trait of being well behaved.
5. Noun – the act of punishing.
6. Verb – develop behavior by instruction and practice; especially to teach self – control.

Word Play:
Discipline –
Distinguishing a plan -
Disc – I – planned

Here I am seeing that the redefined word is a way for me to have a plan in place for each scenario I arrive in where I am looking to change a habit or put in more self control to change my behavior to be that which does what is best. So I will make a list of points I want to practice discipline in and within this continue this practice as more points come up.

For the morning routine:

I have been testing this point for about a month now, and found that I am tripping up on waking up super early, what I am going to change within this point is wake up within the 4-6 hour range where I am getting enough rest for my body, but not allowing the mind to infiltrate and permeate more of mind and physical body as it was programmed to due. This to support my physical body and stop the mind from continuing. So this is a step one where I can start to implement discipline in my morning routine, wake up between 4-6 hours of sleep. Once I have walked this for a week, I will expand myself within this, because as I start to reprogram myself to a new behavior, I will then start to naturally become it and will not need as much discipline in place or self will because now it’ll be an extension of me as I live it. From there I can continue to use the application of living the word discipline as having a distinguished plan to expand myself within the waking up routine in a form of self creation, so we will see what is to come.
