Day 342: Giving Self The Thrill of Living
http://www.matterfreeman.com/2016/12/da ... iving.html

Do you find that there is a particular Energy / Mind addiction or habit that you struggle to give up / let go of? Would you say that the reason you like your addiction so much, is because it adds a 'Thrill' to your otherwise 'boring life'?

Recently I had been investigating the question of 'Why Am I'? Within the point of being tempted to go back into old habits to stimulate myself / occupy myself with energy experiences in the mind, which had been coming up with not currently being in a partnership / relationship and so having a lot of 'alone time' with myself.

One of the words that I found within asking myself what is it that I am wanting / enjoying actually within this energy? And the word 'Thrill' / 'Thrilling' emerged. This was cool because it opened up the realization that I can now explore giving myself this word - living the word 'Thrill' as a self expression in my daily life / process.

So I looked at where / how am I not living fully in each moment? In what ways am I holding myself back and settling for a 'lesser' version of myself - and in that, creating a sense of something being 'missing'? A sense of 'boredom' in moments? In what ways can I push my limits within my daily available time, to FULL-FILL myself through Self Expression?

There is a Thrillingness - a pleasure, a Self-Excitement that comes with living each day like a mini-life; pushing to become more effective, learn new things, Move Self to write, to share, to investigate, to develop solutions, to decide to work more on Self-Creative projects instead of moping / numbing / thinking about the past / thinking about other people / wasting time - being Idle.

So, for me, changing my definition of the word Thrill to something that supports my Utmost Potential and assists with stopping mind-habits would be:

The Excitement and Pleasure of Self that comes with pushing myself to live on the cutting edge of Self Expression. I push through fears, resistances, comfort zones to find the point of my Utmost Expressive Potential in Every Moment of Breath.

I've already been practicing living this word, and I've found that since It's now clearly defined within me, it's much easier to move myself to creative, self expressive actions in moments rather than seeking out mental stimulation. That's the key with living words that I've been experiencing: when defined effectively, and specific to my individual points of change that I'm facing, I give myself the structure to immediately stand up within a pattern / a reaction, and align myself to the supportive word that fits the moment.

More words to come...

Day 343: Principled Living vs. Energetic Survival Intro
http://www.matterfreeman.com/2017/01/da ... getic.html

This vlog is an intro to me sharing my experience with the difference between Spirituality as positive experiences generated through knowledge, information and symbols -- and Principled Living as a Destonian, learning to stand One and Equal with all scenarios in my world.

Lots to share about how I've changed and the things I've learned about myself as I've been walking my process of Self Responsibility, Self Honesty, Self Forgiveness, and practical Self Corrective Action, within the principle of standing as Life as All as One as Equal, learning to live my Utmost Potential in the day to day reality of life on Earth in a Physical Body.

Day 345: Which Face and Voice Expressions do you React to?
http://www.matterfreeman.com/2017/01/da ... voice.html

Sharing how through a process of repeating conflicts (consequences) manifesting in my life, I finally asked myself the right questions which opened up why I kept falling into such intense reactions of defensiveness when someone would react within 'being upset' toward me. I found my reaction was more toward the specific voice tonality and facial expression of the person, which represented specific words which triggered deeply ingrained / programmed reactions originating from much earlier in life, connected to specific memories.

What's cool is that in getting a grasp on the real underlying points that I'm reacting to, I can then effectively take self responsibility to deconstruct and release myself from the hold of that reaction -- which is the hold of the PAST, which opens up new words to re-define and live which I had not previously considered, which support with expanding myself in being able to be stable and solution oriented, rather than emotional.

Day 346: I only ever have to change for One Day
http://www.matterfreeman.com/2017/02/da ... e-for.html

Do you struggle with stopping a habit or pattern? Do you get depressed and want to give up when you are in the process of learning something or developing a new skill or routine, and you have a day where you don't experience significant progress or results?

Have you considered that you only ever need to learn, apply, commit, live, change for ONE DAY?

Sharing a bit about the role that the application of redefining and living words within practicality and common sense plays in my process of changing myself from someone who is 'hardwired for self disempowerment', to being someone who is solution oriented.

Day 349: Being Solution Oriented when Facing a Creative Standstill
http://www.matterfreeman.com/2017/03/da ... -when.html

I recently reached a 'creative standstill' in my painting, and here I share how I assisted and supported myself to apply being Solution Oriented in order transform this scenario from an emotionally charged experience, to a learning experience and opportunity to specify, redefine, and expand myself in relation to my process of skill development in painting.

Day 350: Living Equality in Daily Life - Part 1
http://www.matterfreeman.com/2017/03/da ... -life.html

I'd like to share my experience with living the word Equality within the context of day to day interactions with people, and specifically in the context of relationships.

In my previous relationship experience there were many scenarios in which I would react to my partner and end up contributing to and participating in conflict and blame. These conflict experiences served as consequences which, after the relationship ended, ultimately supported me to see and realize that I had been living the word Equality more as an 'idealized, general value' - where, although I was standing within the principle that we are all Equal as Life and that thus we are all in fact 'the same self' in a way, I lacked a specific 'daily life' definition, which resulted in an effective structure with which to support myself to interact, express, and walk with my partner in a way that is best for us both.

In short, I realized that I was actually living the word Equality as a point of separation - where, I was wanting another being and 'our world that we are sharing together', to become equal to 'my preferences and wants', rather than really learning to equalize myself / change myself / adapt myself to walk WITH another who is DIFFERENT from me. Within this, I realized that there were aspects of my partner in terms of 'the way they do things', and 'the way they express themselves', that I in essence 'didn't want to be equal to' / 'didn't want to be part of my world'. Yet these differences in another which I resisted / had an aversion to / judged - actually ended up being gifts which opened up points of self change and self expansion for me.

Stay tuned as I open this point of further in my next post.
