Cool David,
Yes, as you walk and become consistent within your writing application, the more of you will be known to you.
Keep on walking

Very cool David, yes writing is the key to get to know ourselves because within the moment we experience something like an anger or a fear in our day to day living, we usually don't have the time or availability to investigate why we had the anger, what triggered the fear, and thus miss the opportunity to see it's cause and so miss the opportunity for correction. With the writing it will help sort these points out within yourself, where you can sit and write the points out in a stable and relaxed environment, and thus give yourself the opportunity to investigate the point and find the solutions through the tool that is you through your pen as words and your process then of living them, it's quite empowering for self and fun as well.

Cool David

Yes through writing I have realized what support it is in fact, laying it out and seeing self for self - things become more clearer.

Consistency within writing you will identify many things within you.

Great to hear your response here and cool that you are doing the DIP Lite.

no need to hope - hope will not make the journey that you are and will walk for yourself, rather you applying yourself through writings and corrective applications. With self-forgiveness we are not feeling better, rather we forgive ourselves for just going looking for feel better instead of considering what is best for all and how we can live within and as equality and oneness.
