no need to hope - hope will not make the journey that you are and will walk for yourself, rather you applying yourself through writings and corrective applications. With self-forgiveness we are not feeling better, rather we forgive ourselves for just going looking for feel better instead of considering what is best for all and how we can live within and as equality and oneness.so. i'm on the DIP lite courseon lesson no 2 and they tell you to write something. wich i did, and i felt SO much better,
i hope that through writing i can identify withing myself whats cousing a lot of things on me, like physical pains, worriness, etc.
