The Crucifixion of Jesus - Part 48
This is a continuation from the previous interview in this series: Part 47.
How can we assist and support ourselves to practically slow down in moments of voice and behavioral reactions in order to give ourselves the moment to direct the reactions effectively?
With practicing this slowing down process, what skill will we gift to ourselves in our long-term process with facing the Mind as ourselves?
Why is it important to be aware of who we are in voices and behaviors and what of ourselves we miss, or take for granted, within accepting and allowing emotional reactions in voices and behaviors?
