The new job!

Post by Staffan Bergman »

Tomorrow is the first day at the new job. I look forward to it. But at the same time I'm a bit anxious and distracted. This has led to a thought that I want to "prepare" myself. I want to get in a mood where I'm calm and clear. Mindfuck.

I forgive myself that I've allowed myself to be anxious and distracted and because of that wanted to prepare myself with a mindset where I'm calm and clear and thus allowed myself as thoughts and feelings generated of and as my mind as separation as polarity instead of realizing myself here as breath as life as all as one and equal.

I allow myself to be the directive principle of and as myself.

I allow myself to stand as self-trust.

I allow myself to move myself as the moment.

Cool Staffan! Yeah you got it, just no expectations and directing yourself in the moment while breathing in self-awareness.

Enjoy!

It fucking worked, Marlen! =D
I wasn't nervous at all, just calm and clear. No fluctuation in energy.

lol cool! that's the way to go living life - no energy fluctuations, just constant breathing here

Presence - hereness - no backchat tampering our physical experience of breath.

Okay, would be cool to share how it goes as you go walking - thanks and Enjoy!

Hi Sumerlove, welcome to the forum

Cool that you find the content shared here useful

So share a bit more about yourself, like how you got here and how you became aware of Desteni.

Thanks
