This is me. I am my words. These are my words. I am my words in complete actuality. I give myself the opportunity to experience and express my words as one and equal to who I am. I allow myself to feel the essence that is me through words. I give myself the strength to be and live my words as one and equal to who I am. I give myself the gift of life through myself as my words. I give myself the gift of self-discovery as myself as who I really am here as my words. I accept and allow myself to give myself the gift of life as myself here through the gift that is my words. I accept and allow myself to see myself within my words as the complete actuality of myself as who I really am. I give myself the gift of myself as my true nature as my words as the complete actuality of who I am. I accept and allow myself to experience myself as my words as the complete actuality of who I am here. I give myself the strength will and the fortitude to realize myself as my true nature as the essence of life that is me within and as my words.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to limit myself to the inhibitions and barriers of the mind consciousness system. I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to limit myself to the barriers of the mind consciousness system as thoughts, feelings, emotions, and fears. I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to limit myself to the fears of the mind as consciousness as thoughts, feelings, emotions, and fears of the past. I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to limit myself to the fears, emotions, and ideas of the past instead of accepting and allowing myself to experience myself and express myself here as my words as the complete actuality of who I am. I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to inhibit myself from see the complete actuality of who I am as my words as who I really am here. I am here. I accept and allow myself to see, realize, and experience myself as the actuality of who I really am as my words here in equality and oneness. I give myself the gift of my words as the total actuality of myself as who I really am. I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to limit myself to fears, emotions, and thoughts of the past.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to limit myself to the mind as thoughts, feelings, emotions, and fears as the mind consciousness system that has been placed before me as the preprogramming of the generations of people that have come before me. I give myself the gift of myself to experience myself free and unchained from those that have gone before me as my past. I give myself the gift of life to see, understand, and realize that who I really am is not the thoughts, feelings, and emotions of the past but myself here as my words as who I really am here. I give myself the gift of myself to see, understand, and realize the nature of myself here within this world and within this reality. I give myself the gift of myself to see, and understand myself here as the living words of myself as who I really am. I accept and allow myself to see, realize, and understand that I am here and thus do not require the memories of the past as those that have gone before me in order for me to see and realize who I really am here as the breath of life that is myself here as my words as who I really am. I am here and thus do not require memories of the past to limit myself to in order for me to see and experience myself here as my words as who I really am.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear my past as the generations of those that have gone before me. I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear the memories and mind emotions, thoughts, and feelings of the past as the generations of those that have gone before me. I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear the memories of the past as the generations of those that have gone before me. I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear myself for the generations of the past as the mind emotions, thoughts, and feelings of those that have gone before me. I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear myself for the past emotions, thoughts, and feelings of those that have gone before me. I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear the generations past as those who have gone before me as the emotions, thoughts, and feelings of those who have gone before me. I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to fear the essence that is me instead of accepting and allowing myself to see and experience myself as who I really am here within this world and within this reality.

I am here and thus do not require the thoughts, feelings, and emotions of those who have gone before me to live here and experience and express myself. I do not require the mind consciousness system to live and breathe within this world and within this reality. I do not require the thoughts, feelings, and emotions of the minds past to live and breath here as myself within this world and within this reality.

Todays blog

Equality and oneness is the principle that we are all here together and thus should treat each other as we would like to be treated. It is the principle that no one should be left out of this world and how we function as human beings. It is the principle that when push comes to shove we stand by this principle. It is the principle that all should be granted an equal chance to live and breathe as equals along with everyone else. It is the principle that decides the essence of how we relate to each other. It is the principle that no matter what we are here together and we are from the same source. It is the principle that no matter what we stand by each other in self-honesty and choose to do what is best for all. It is the principle that no one is greater than anyone else and that no one is less than anyone else. It is the principle that determines the essence of which we live. It is the decider of this world and this reality. It is the ultimate source of this reality. It cannot be altered, waived, and fought. It is simply the essence of who we really are as beings who live and breathe in this world. It cannot be stifled, rejected, or refuted. It is the god within this reality. It is the alpha, the omega, and the trimurti. It is the only thing that is worth living. It is the future, the past, and the present all wrapped into one. It is the essence of life and freedom. It is the essence of life in this world and this reality. When we try to refute the essence of this world and this reality we are only trying to refute that which we are. It is an effort of futility to try to fake or deny the essence of which we truly are. Who we really are cannot be refuted or reversed. Who we really are is not separation of ourselves from who we really are. I give myself the will to reverse myself back into that which is real and substantial. I give myself the strength and fortitude to see myself for who I really am. I give myself the strength to be that which I really am. I forgive myself for accepting and allowing myself to separate myself from who I really am here in this world and this reality.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from myself as my nature as who I really am.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from that which I really am as equality and oneness with all life within this world and this reality.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from myself as who I really am as equality and oneness with everyone in this world and this reality.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from who I really am as my words as who I really am within this world and this reality.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from the essence of which we truly are as equal and one to each other and with all other life in this world and in this reality.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from myself to the extent to which I have forgotten that which I really am as the essence of me as life here in this world and in this reality.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from myself as who I really am as equal and one to all other beings within this world and within this reality.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to deny myself as who I really am within this world and this reality.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to deny the nature of who I really am as life in equality and oneness with all other life within this world and within this reality.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to separate myself from myself so extensively to the point where I have forgotten what it is like to live and breathe as myself as who I really am in equality and oneness with all life.

I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to deny myself to the extent where I forgotten what it is to live as real being within this world and within this reality.

This world and this reality is based upon relationships. These relationships make up the foundation of which we live. When we come into this world we automatically are placed into a position of relationship with our parents. We then go on to establish relationships with the systems of school, religion, and business. The definition of these relationships determines who we are and how we live. It is how we approach our relationships to money, friends, school, job, or religion that determines who we are and how we live. When we approach our relationship with our friends or family with what is best for all in mind at all times we then give ourselves the chance to be what is best for all in all ways. How we define this relationship between all of the different aspects of ourselves determines the totality of who we are in every way. Who are we within our relationships? Are we doing best for all in all of our relationships? What other kind of self interest can exist but to do what is best for all with regards to all relationships? If we care about ourselves wouldn’t we only do what is best for all within the context of each relationship?

Hi Chris

Suggestion here is to start writing out your own experience, what is it that you've faced as yourself in your world - take the point of relationships for example, ask yourself those questions and write about that.

Otherwise the points of Self Forgiveness are quite generic and related to a general process wherein we have to place ourselves into consideration seeing 'where do I stand within all of this that I see and realize' how are you living it or not living it yet and this can only be opened when writing about yourself first wherein looking at the 'greater picture' becomes a point of reference to your own experience to see what is required to be corrected and how you can actually apply this yourself in physical living reality.

So see that because we cannot 'know' our 'true nature' or we cannot even grasp what life is at this stage -because we've never actually lived in fact - we can only focus on establishing ourselves as the starting point of this process, to correct ourselves as the characters/personalities we've become - taking any single point within your experience that you can write about and expose for yourself to see where and how you can support yourself to self forgive it and walk the correction accordingly.

Thanks for sharing.

Equal Money 11/13/11

In an Equal Money System everyone will live free to enjoy themselves and who they are. All will have the opportunity to experience and express themselves freely. IN an Equal Money System we will have a true freedom of expression that we do not have in the tyrannical system we are currently operating. This freedom of expression is in the true sense of the word as living free as equals. Without abuse and without the suffering that we currently have. This tyrannical system must be stopped and reverted to that which is best for all which is an Equal Money System. Equal Money is where we take the value of life and place it into money. Meaning money is given the value of life where it supports and dignifies life instead of degrading and destroying it through inequality which is what the current money system is busy doing. When money is the value of life life itself is able to flourish. When money is given the power of life then it shall stand to support life. When money is deemed as support for life is when will live equal. Money shall be deemed as support for life equal and one.

I have been writing but whenever I write I always feel lost as to where I should start with my self-forgiveness. Like I don't know how to apply and put down in words/statements of self-forgiveness what it is that I am experiencing in way that is actually forgiving the point/points and releasing myself from the energetic hold. Sometimes when I apply self-forgiveness it is like very generic and not actually getting down to the point of which I am seeing/realizing in front of myself. Such as whenever I was about to go inside of a restaurant to ask about a job I started having all sorts of backchats towards going in and possibilities of what might and might not happen. I was standing by the edge of a building and I just stood there for like ten minutes. My initial resistance or fear was not knowing what to say and participating within and as energy within asking or approaching the restaurant about a job. All kinds of backchats about 'what if they don't like me' 'what if I participate in energy' 'what if I can't get the job as a waiter' 'what if I'm not fit to be a waiter' 'what if people won't accept me or like me as a waiter' 'what if i can't communicate effectively with customers' were running through my head. Also backchats about 'what if I let this fear tackle me and I don't actually do anything or take action' 'what if I let this fear stifle me and I don't do anything to support myself' 'what if I allow this fear to control and I don't take the necessary steps to support myself' 'what if I let this fear actually ruin or disrupt my day and self-experience'. Before the event I was fairly 'cool' with myself and I wasn't having all sorts of fears about myself and my world and reality. But whenever I got to that point of going inside and asking them about a job as a waitor I hesitated for the split second and then I found myself just stifled and locked in to this hesitation. Then I came up with all sorts of excuses and justifications why I shouldn't just go in there and ask for a job as a waitor. So is this event the result of a fear of losing or fear of losing something within my world and my reality? And if so how should I start the self-forgiveness on this fear of loss? After the event I went into very generic statements of self-forgiveness that really amplified the whole situation.

So, what went on after that experience?

So is this event the result of a fear of losing or fear of losing something within my world and my reality? And if so how should I start the self-forgiveness on this fear of loss?

You start with the most prominent experience like in that moment instead of giving into all types of fears realizing that you are able to stop through applying self forgiveness to direct you to stop the entire mind creation. So the experience in the event is the result of accumulated and non-dealt backchat that then becomes our experience as a complete paralysis that indicates we've spent many moments not breathing but thinking and developing this energetic takeover which is at all times self created. See how then 'fear' becomes an excuse to give into it and not stand up and take self responsibility which is then masking our actions through a self-victimization state while being aware that this is also our creation.

Suggest to be specific on this and not leaving it as something 'general' but going in depth and detail within your writings - when these thoughts are not written and only allowed to run around int he mind, the experiences become also that of being aloof and unsettled while it is only a result of us not taking self responsibility for all of those thoughts that are ourselves not wanting to take self responsibility, so we begin with that when applying self forgiveness.

Thanks for the cool support here Marlen. I feel like I have a lot of fear of losing what it is that I am and my self-definition.

So on the point of with the restaurant I see that what I was actually experiencing was a fear of self-acceptance and self-embracement. Like I was fearing to just let me be who I am without critique or judgment. I feel like I experience this a lot within my everday experience.
