*NOTE: In this month I did not write or record as many blogs and vlogs, as I usually do, for 2 reasons. First, I am focusing on my DIP assignment (Muscle Communication, awesome!) and it is proving to be challenging/slow going. Although I am tempted to rush through it, I cannot and at the same time have the desired/effective outcome I require to properly move forward in my process and to someday support others in their process. Second, I am beginning my 7 Year Process of journaling (Sandy's Journey to Life) and it has been somewhat challenging to set up as I am still slow with computer skills and still living as a mind versus living as one and equal with the physical. Sometimes one must slow down to speed up and that is what I have committed to. Thank you.
