hi my story

Postby smu1215 » 13 Apr 2012, 03:37

hello my name is shane (aiden). I am on conservatorship because of my experiences. it seems like there are other people through my body and mind, kinda like the technology in the newer movie Avatar. they sorta express themselves as secret societies, greys (nepils), annunaki, nephilim,or the government.

they also seem to have antimatter technology and can sustain any experience imaginable. i think these beings (if it's not my brain) are a part of the same operation as sunette. but what they make me feel is pretty much unsurvivable, but it fluxuates. i'm diagnosed i think as paranoid schizophrenic, but i don't think it's my brain causing this.

Welcome Aiden.

Is the experienc eyou have that "others" are part ofyour body, due to the thoughts and believes you have?
What if you would for example not care about it? Let's say you think: if others are part of my body, so what..;

Because really, you are the one who can direct yourself in every moment. Even when thoughts pop up within your mind that "others" are part of you body, how strange it is etc... Breath and let go of those thoughts.

What exactly is it that makes it so "unsurvivable"?

I know that thoughts can keep such experiences alive. So it will be intresting to hear from you when it comes up, and why you follow those thoughts.

Hi Shane,

Welcome to the forum.

If you haven't already, please read through the Forum Guidelines.

To share yourself and your process you can open your own thread in Writing Yourself to Freedom

Also note that here we use our real names, so please provide your real name (Shane or Aiden?) so that an administrator can change it accordingly.

Below is an interview Veno did which I am sure would assist you.

A psychologist told me once that 'everyone is diagnosable' and in an 'Abnormal Psychology' class I was handing a Diagnostic Statistical Manual in which we were shown how psychologists and psychiatrists classify individuals by identifying their symptoms so they can be treated.

What has become clear to me within my process with Desteni is that this labeling of ourselves as individually different from each other is a way of separating ourselves from each other and ourselves. By classifying/judging another as being 'Paranoid Schizophrenic', we can both distance ourselves from that being and the truth of the characteristics of that being as existing within ourselves.

Cool that you're here, Shane.

Hi Shane.

Welcome to the forum.

Suggest to first and foremost focus on bringing yourself back here to the Physical, practical reality. Breath is very assisting with that.

Enjoy.
