Hello everyone.
This post is in regards to the article on the Desteni website which states that only 4 - 6 hours of sleep is required each night.
I just was wondering how many of you actually do sleep 4 - 6 hours each night?
I actually tried sleeping for this amount of time for a few days and struggled to be honest! Although, I do realise that it is meant to (and understandably) takes a while to re-adjust to the new sleeping pattern.
I am actually going to give it another try, but as I said, just wanted to know if any of you live by this formula.
