Desteni facebook group

Hi Everyone -

I've been working on my networking, and have been activating myself on facebook. I went on Desteni's JTL group page and clicked - join group - and then it switches to - cancel request = but it doesn't look like I've joined.

I'm sure its real simple - am I missing a step?

How do all of you get the icon of equal money on your pictures?

you simply need to follow the steps that are indicated on that page to install the badge.

The admin of the jtl group will have to approve of your request to join the group and then you're in. So just wait a while...

I just added the ems icon onto my facebook picture - but now babylon has taken over - overriding my internet explorer ??? And I thought when I added the icon it would appear on all my pictures - guess not???

Assistance would be great!

Hi Christine. I don't know what it means that babylon has taken over and is overriding your internet explorer. Can you expand on that?

What I would suggest though, is to use the Firefox browser. It's a matter of preference, but I've found Firefox to be the best browser. It's easy to install - just follow the directions. You can even have that and keep your explorer, so you could test out if the problem is sorted by changing the browser. They all have different funks.

When you add the ems Icon from picbadges.com - if that's what you did, it only adds it to the one picture you use.

I checked your profile on Facebook and the badge is there.

Also Christine, when one applies to be part of a closed group when the "cancel request" sign comes on (also for placing friend requests) - it means that you've requested to join but you can cancel it if you want to. You've now been added so you can go and post your blogs in the group now.
