Hy, I'm a masseuse, and have been watching some Desteni videos
and have 2 questions...would apreciate someone to answer
is important to me, cause I kinda belive in the authenticity
of the info given through the interviews

1. Does the word spirit refer always to mind or can it refer sometimes to the being essence?

2. Is Massage good for people?

What is Authenticity? How can you make sure any knowledge and information is in fact true?
How do you make the decision of which knowledge and information to believe in?

I would suggest looking at your frame of reference to what is authentic information, the value you have attached to it and the parameters that you've assigned to assess the information.

Within the current system of this world, information have been shaped and mould to serve ONE propose - the continuation of the enslavement of the humans to the mind so that no one will ever be able to step out of one's mind and change oneself in fact and thus, when and as I encounter with new information, I questions the information, challenge the source according to ONE principle - Is the information assist, support and stand as and according to that which is best for all?
Meaning - is the information that is presented to me, takes into consideration the interdependent relationships in this world? Is it based on a belief or on Practical common sense? Can I apply the information as myself or would I have to assume that the information is authentic? If I accept the information as the truth, will it make me feel better? Will it make me feel special? Is the my definition of the information as authentic will serve my self interest desires?

While asking yourself question, you can slow yourself down and see, in self honesty whether there is energetic movement within and as you, either positive or negative and accordingly, investigate what previous knowledge and information you have attached to the new information, based on your Opinions, Beliefs and Ideas.

So what are you actually asking us is - whether or not we can prove our information so that you'd be able to attach a belief to the information and define it as authentic. Unfortunately, we will not do it. We will not assist and support you to create another dimension within and as your mind. What we will assist and support you with, is to learn how to investigate the Desteni message, for yourself, through applying the tools of Self Forgiveness and Self Corrective application to be able to develop and build Self trust within and as yourself and accordingly, be able to cross reference the information for yourself without attaching, defining and connecting previous knowledge and information from your past as memories that created Opinions, beliefs and Ideas.

What is the 'Being Essence'?
What "Authentic" Knowledge and Information have you assign to the definition of 'Being Essence'? Can you Explain in detail what 'Being Essence' Is?
If the answer to your question would be 'Yes, the spirit can refer to the being essence', will the Desteni message will than be Authentic? Or vice versa?
You see where I'm going with it?

This question has many dimensions and the answer will not be a short one. For better understanding I suggest listening to the Journey to the after life as well as the Reptilians and the Atlanteans interview Series.

2. Is Massage good for people?

This is another multidimensional question because within it, what must be taken into consideration is the person who is giving massage, the person who receiving massage and the relationship between the mind and the physical.

Maya has answered the questions with perspectives that are definitely required to consider opening up for yourself first instead of asking for one-way answers to it.

I suggest rather sharing what you have realized so far in relation to your own application of the tools here such as Writing, Self Forgiveness and Self Corrective Application - otherwise reducing Desteni to only information is definitely useless.

this is a joke, but it's also a practical example of knowledge and information and how we use it to influence ourselves without actually testing things out for ourselves or really understanding what we're getting at or why we're asking. If someone gave you direct answers to these questions, such as I did above (jokingly), how would that affect you/your world/your life/the way you live? Would you stop giving massages if someone said 'no, they're not good' without first investigating how you experience giving/receiving massages and what they mean to you? What even is 'spirit' or 'being essence'? and if you had received a definitive answer, would you have assumed your definition and mine were the same? Basically I'm just exemplifying here what Maya said. This forum is about self, and each one's process to knowing themselves completely. The support is here for that.

It is up to you to find out through writing Self Forgiveness, through the realization that you are the one who decide, you are the one that is responsible for yourSELF and who YOU have accepted and allowed yourself to be and become.

The question is... Will you dare to Stop asking questions that you are able to answer for yourSELF and actually take the first step to assist and support yourself in realizing who YOU are?

It seems to me that you are coming from a spiritual point of view and if it is so, i suggest downloading the FREE book: Spirituality Under the Microscope - Volume 2 that was written by us, the Destonians.

I'll read that book, and yes I have been looking through different spiritual points of view, and never found a speech like destonian's, I mean the most similar I`ve found is budhism, in the aspects of nonexistence of a supreme god and insight research or introspection, but even budhism seems to be based upon beliefs, and asking you, for me posting some questions here is the first step through Self realization
