Hello to all, I have been around since April of this year and am having some trouble with getting started. I just wanted to reach out to see if anyone can assist me with where should I begin first.

FEAR is my biggest problem. I don't know what it's like I can never breath easy.

Hi Kiesha.

Fear is the essence of who we've become as human beings and so it is actually the biggest problem so to speak, for all of us. What is cool - even though it might not seem like that in the moment - is that you are aware of it. You are aware that you are not here breathing comfortably because you experience fear. This is definitely the first step for us to change ourselves - because most people have suppressed their fear to such an extent that they don't even notice it or are aware that fear is what they are directing themselves with in.

So it is actually a cool step in seeing that: "holy shit - I am completely consumed by fear." - also in understanding that it's not only you personally or something that is 'wrong' with you, but that it is literally the general condition of all of us on earth.

For us to step out of fear and start living with ease, it's vital that we get to know ourselves and understand 'who' we are within/as and behind the fear. I've found that the best way - and what is necessary in fact - is to face ourselves in and as the fear, to look the fear 'straight in the eye' and as such not fear the fear, but to allow ourselves to investigate it. So I suggest you start writing out your fears - for example start with the most immediate fear that you can see is preoccupying you in your daily living. What do you fear the most?

And then you can start writing that out, investigating what the fear is, where did it start, what the origin point is and within that give yourself a 'space' through your writing to open up to yourself. Here it's suggested to apply self-forgiveness on all the fears that come up. It might be a loooooong list, but you can focus on one fear at a time and through that start releasing the fear and realize who you are within/as/behind the fear. While you do that, you can focus on changing how you breathe, placing your feet firmly on the ground and as such 'ground' yourself here and whenever you notice that you're breathing constricted for example, to gentle assist yourself to breathe into your body.

So - realize that you're not alone in this. There's nothing 'wrong' with you - and it is possible to stop living in fear. It simply requires that we get to the bottom of our fears, in understanding how we created them and to realize that we in fact did create them.

There are several life reviews on Eqafe that address the point of living in fear and that also shows the extent to which we've come to live in/as fear. Here's one: Life Review - Living Fear

Definitely suggest to invest in these and to also listen to the interviews on Sunette's channel, if you have not already. That'll assist you with understanding how this is not simply about you personally, but about all of us and how we created ourselves.

Finally I suggest considering joining the Desteni I Process as that is a course that will assist and support you in understanding in detail how you created yourself as a mind and as such how to assist and support yourself in stepping out of the mind. One is also supported on one-on-one chats every week with a buddy and that too assists with bringing oneself back here to the physical. If you can't afford the course, there is a sponsorship option available, for which you'd require to start blogging every day/regularly and after 90 days it will be reviewed and a sponsorship plan can be set up.

Don't hesitate to ask if you have further questions.

Cool Support Here Anna.

Yes, When i started walking my process, i watched one of the Self Honesty interviews done by Gandhi which led me to move myself towards writing out ALL the fears i saw exists within and as me. Initially, i was quite surprise at the extent of the fears that i've accepted and allowed myself to exists as and was overwhelmed about it. but from there, i could see that every decision i was ever made was based on some form of fears.
and so, as Anna mentioned, it's cool that you are aware of your existence of FEAR. Most people would prefer suppressing themselves through making sure they always remain occupied.

So - start walking slowly but surely out of your mind through applying the tools that are presented here. I suggest writing here your relationship with Money so that you could start seeing how and why you've created the fear of being financially unstable as well as assisting you to see how you can practically assist and support yourself within the world system, to become stable within yourself as well as with money.
relationship with money meaning - when did this fear emerged? what have you practically done thus far to support yourself financially, what is your judgement towards money, how you perceive money?

If you have any question regarding the application of this suggestion, let us know and we will assist.

Yes I fear not being financially stabled. Thanks. Where do I begin.

I can relate to this statement in a big way, as I always found something to fear such as losing my job, or getting ick without insurance, or the economy collapsing and having no savings etc... What I realized after studying the Desteni material is that we use so many excuses as to what is stopping us from working towards stabilizing ourselves financially in our worlds. It is to really look at the resources available to you, such as family, friends, government or whatever, and to not NOT use those resources because of pride or fear etc... I'm not talking about just asking for money, but asking for assistance or support in whatever way they may be able to help. Personally, I decided I needed a degree, partially to educate myself about world systems, but also to help me get a higher paying job (some may argue this, but it is a decision I made and stuck by). I was required to ask my parents if I could live with them, and then through friends and family I was able to find odd jobs to support me throughout my studies. But even looking into what government services are available to you, and walking slowly through the process of researching the government web sites or visiting local offices, to support yourself while you make bigger plans for yourself in terms of a more stable job/work.

I have gone online to learn how to make a proper resume/cv, how to write a proper cover letter, and I even look into things like how to dress and present myself in different fields of work. You can just google: how to make a resume, how to write a cover letter, how to dress in a professional environment, etc... these are all resources that we have to slowly learn to optimize in order to grow and function within this system.

Whatever you choose to do, you can walk your process of self-forgiveness, self-honesty and self-corretive applicaiton along the way, working through the resistances that would normally hold you back. What I have definitely learned throughout this process, when walking it in my life/world, is that I have always had more resources than I thought/believed, and that my own limitations (stubborness, pride, fear, hope etc...) held me back from really exlporing them. In one of Sunette's videos, the being says, "even if you have to walk next door and ask if you can mow their lawn, do it." Do something, do anything, as my dad says: just don't do nothing.

So, the fear of being financially stable is a fear for many, even the very rich can conjure up ways to fear about losing their wealth. In a way, it is a very real fear, as we have to work/pay to survive and exist. Within this process, we can walk through this fear, and not accept/allow it to influence/limit/direct us, so that we can do the most we possibly can with what we have.
So take a good, self-honest look at your world, and 'bite the bullet' so to speak, to pick yourself up and get moving. This process will assist and support you to do just this in every possible way, so long as you remember, it's about you. You are the one that's going to take the self-responsibility to move you. You have received really cool support thus far within how to go about getting started putting the reins on your fears, and slowly you will start releasing yourself and moving you.
