Re: Question about Studying/School

I would suggest (if you have the choice) to make sure that what you're studying or attempting to accomplish by studying is something you're actually interested in, even if it's just a matter of studying to get from point A to point B. In other words, make sure that you're clear on the goal or reason...

Re: Question about blogging/vlogging

What I often do to decide upon a subject, topic or course of writing (when I have no single topic in mind to write out) is to simply begin typing my thoughts as they come up and expanding on them as I will until the point or topic that's been hiding under all those other thoughts shows itself and ta...

Re: Plasma, Keshe Foundation

And just to clarify on the point of "elevating the soul." By feeding the emotion/mind, the beingness may indeed feel as though a weight has been lifted - because the mind has perhaps found a new feeding ground. But once again I would say that this methodology of lifting or freeing any part of us wou...

Re: Plasma, Keshe Foundation

I'm kind of glad to hear you say this, Valentin. I do not want to discourage anyone from seeking to understand this science. However, from a personal point of view, I would like to see humans move beyond the point of needing to use something "out there" to solve or balance our internal/external rela...

Re: Plasma, Keshe Foundation, Some More Perspective

I would also like to add a note of caution to anyone who might view this technology as a substitute for process or even as a crutch to lean on. What Keshe is doing (in terms of the technology) is of the old ways, the same old system of “magically” creating as one wishes or desires through the manipu...

Re: Article about democracy

A lot of cool points here. I agree with Joe. We the people do make up the system; therefore, changing the system really does require changing ourselves. That being said, I have been teaching students about democracy in university in Taiwan for the last two years, and most of my time is spent actuall...

Re: Weekly Project - Creating Ripples on the Web: #CatPunching

Here is my post for this topic/event: http://thomaslagrua.blogspot.tw/2015/05/real-men-snuggle-cats.html At first I wasn't sure about which direction I would take: would I focus on the cat punchers (aiming my words to affect change within/as them) or would I focus on the point of raising awareness o...

Re: Bernard's Passing Away

I saw Bernard as I see all those courageous enough to stand and walk with Desteni – as the ones that I would go into battle and/or journey with against all odds. Thus, I will simply say “Thank you” by continuing this journey until I/we/all are standing as what is best for all.

Re: On being new to Desteni

So anyway, knowing that I have in fact had this ulterior motive all along, would you still suggest to simply state "I do this for me," or to state that along with investigating that ulterior motive, or what? I mean I think I need to just let go of the ulterior motive -- there's nothing to do with t...
