Re: How to stop self-abuse?

Hi, I have to listen to the interviews Marlen shared yet, since I haven't listen all of them. For now I'll share what I have, it has been of inmense support to listen to the first interview of Heart of matter, and this one https://eqafe.com/p/drifting-into-lala-land-the-metaphysical-secrets-of-imagi...

Re: How to stop self-abuse?

Like if when I touch it and it hurts because I am touching myself, with my own eyes looking at it in the moment without judging because I just want to understand what it is, that by itself hurt me because only with me looking at it, it made it felt unconfortable. This is obviously not enough to stop...

Re: How to stop self-abuse?

This is an important point for me, so I'd appreciate that if you have decided to share your perspectives, you did it in such a way that I could really understand it for myself, and see it and do it and get it done. I have listen to some interviews about it, but the way I see them... they explain two...

How to stop self-abuse?

In Eqafe I have found a lot of interviews about it, and I am slowly listening to them because there are a lot all of them with something new to bring. I am now looking at one core point of who I am and the way I exist, no matter what, I always have a starting point of control, judgement, opinion, of...

Re: Self forgiveness can go two ways always - should I add or subtract what I am

Yes, the perspective really changes when you go from forgiveness as understood in religions, to the forgiveness of Desteni. Forgiveness and purpose should go hand in hand, but religions forgive you from consecuence! It's like... then how can life make sense? Why are we alive? Religions, I think, lik...

Re: raul journey to life

https://rauljourney2life.wordpress.com/2019/02/12/day-160-why-am-i-in-process/ Day 160 – Why am I in process? Let’s say the truth. I am in a “process” to arrive somewhere, to obtain something, to be something. I have this within me because, I have always felt powerless when tried to change my realit...

Re: Supporting somebody else

But will I ever be able to say the words good/bad ever again? It’s like, how am I even going to talk if I don’t have opinions? Can opinions ever be based on physical reality?

Re: Supporting somebody else

Cool Gabriel and Mike, thank you very much. Mike, should I then forgive myself for what I have defined as healthy, or, good? And should I forgive myself for thinking that judging is justified when exists for “good”? Can you explain to me how judging according to desteni is evil, I thought it existed...

Re: Supporting somebody else

And then with my imaginative mind I went to not cool places, like, briefly seeing that what if I am not able to support people because I am not yet responsable for myself. But I think I am, I trust myself, and I am more than ever commited to my process, but I still solving some fears within me thoug...
