Re: Are these things Real or Mind?

So don’t think about what’s real and what’s not but what’s best for all. It’s hard to know what’s best for all. Re: Breath, awareness, and breathing

I read out loud most of what Leila posted from Veno , Bruce Lee and Bernard. It almost seems crazy to live the Four Count Breath. Medically this is known as apueistic breathing indicating a damage in the brain. If a doctor saw me breathing the four count breath in a hospital I would be medicated. Ot...

Re: Caffeine

I realize that caffeine is the last and final substance to stop , that caffeine is changing my inner experience and that I need to do 21 days without caffeine which will put me in a completely different to my current caffeinated reality. Life source substance is what lies beneath the caffeine. I see...

Caffeine

I understand that no one can tell me what is right and wrong. It was suggested in how to be a portal on eqafe that no drugs must be done or alcohol must be consumed as this only prolongs one to enter the interdimensional existence . Obviously as has been stated, the interdimensional existence has no...

Meditation

I've heard in a number of interviews on Eqafe that meditation is not desirable. Bernard made a video called Real Meditation. Can I meditate if I want? I mean laying down shutting my eyes and breathing is basically meditation. I wasn't clear on why meditation was not desirable in the interviews. Will...

Re: Mind-Physical Relationships

Nevermind. Since I've never heard any being come through and talk about co2 I don't think it's relevant. I am rather using the moments in breath to dive into my physical.

Mind-Physical Relationships

Physically the body produce CO2, a by-product of the body but is needed at certain levels for homeostasis. When we breathe we are releasing co2, when we don't breathe we build up co2. For a while now I was under the relationship with my body to build up or hold onto co2 in belief that I will have mo...
