Re: My Bottom line Question

And all people of the world can give you their kind of answer, but what difference does it make? You will have to believe it, in some way. But what you don't have to believe , is what is around you and which is physically here. We see life creating life on a daily basis. So to me the question of 'wh...

Re: gay

True. And what I have also noticed is that this is often used as a form of superiority, even stating that those who do not have this so called 'advanced' intelligence can have no say in the matter. Also a form of locking people out who are not speaking or writing in the same way. It's often used as ...

Re: gay

I dont see anything wrong with gay marriage. If straight folks can marry . Some destonians got married, as far as I know it were only straight people. So they would never go with a person of the same sex (since they are straight), and its the same for gay people, they cant imagine going with someone...

Re: What about Zoo's?

I've been to the zoo now, and to be honest I find it quite sad. Some of the animals their cages I find too small, certainly compared to the space they would have in the wild. And all those people and noise around them. So yes when the system changes we will have to take everything in consideration a...

Re: Rapid heart beat in the morning

I couldn't connect it to any specific points, and I went to the doctor and told her about it. My normal resting heartbeat is about 55bpm and in the morning ONLY after I eaten something it went up to 70-80 and I felt it. The doctor said it is normal, because your heart pumps more blood to the digesti...

What about Zoo's?

The question: I would like some perspective on this. My brother asked me if I would come to the zoo with them . I thought maybe I can film it, see how the animals are treated. But then I thought: when I go to the zoo, I have to pay and thus sponsor them. Because I do not like the locking up of anim...

Re: Prevent depressions and negative thoughts

Another little sidepoint is to also make sure certain foods you eat does not increase an anxiety in your body. For example this can happen with high sugar foods, things your allergic to, coffee ... Because that in itself can make your heart race and feel as if you are nverous/anxious

Re: Prevent depressions and negative thoughts

What stopped depression and anxiety for me, is simply not following the thoughts. Following them always lead me to judge myself and feel crap. Instead I see how I can direct the situation and do what I can. Sometimes it takes time and if something returns I write it out to see what it is connected t...
