Buddha himself or just programs?

I was born with Buddhist religion programming.

These days when I got through some crucial transcendence, I saw Buddha’s image popping into mind and my transcendence would stop. It’s like something is stopping me from transcendence.

My question is, is Buddha stopping me or just my program telling me I need to reset my religion?
