Hi Paw,

I would start by looking at why you are wanting to stop - why do you want to give up coffee? If we understand the why, we can better define the how and create a starting point for ourselves as the decision that will support us in the journey.

Also - since this is your first post, it would be cool to hear about you - where are you from, how did you hear about the desteni message? Have you checked out DIP Lite or Both are support platforms - one is a free course that walks you through the tools we work with here, and the other is an amazing source of support in this process. We also have where there are more sharings and weekly chats.

I agree with Kristina, welcome here and yep, it would be best to know why you are aiming at quitting first.

Sometimes when it comes to an addiction, there's more to it than just 'quitting' something and perceiving that to be the solution. So, yes share more of your context so that we can share some of our personal experiences that may be supportive based on your starting point and where you're at within your life.
