Day 532 | “If this, then that...” part 2: Control vs Awareness

Continuing from my previous post "If this, then that..."

… So the problem I see is how parents rather attempt to control their children, control their reality through manipulation, instead of creating real empowerment and treating children as equals through direct communication and practical common sense considerations – where actual LEARNING can take place.
Parents hardly take the time to share with their children what they themselves may be experiencing, problems they are facing and solutions they are considering – or what they have learned out of past challenges and how they have overcome them, what they LEARNED and how they LEARNED.

So how much are we really learning?
Are we willing to learn from our children for instance?
So at the core of the problem - we find ourselves. I mean, even as parents (or "grown-ups") we hardly ever take that self-honest road of introspecting our own minds, our own reactions, our own problems - I mean, if we would truly do this, we would be much more likely to keep learning, to always find solutions and with such a starting-point we’d be more likely and able to implement those solutions/corrections and live them into reality.
Without the fear of making a mistake.

Let’s repeat this last one: Without the fear of making mistakes.

And now let’s look further into this point of CONTROL that we began with.
Acting-out ‘control’ as most parents TRY to do, what are we essentially saying: the way you do it is a mistake, is wrong – or: what you do is a mistake, is wrong. This, especially to a child, easily translates into: you are wrong – you are a mistake.
How many of us are familiar with the fear of making a mistake – or the fear of others noticing a mistake we made – or with the tendency to not approach things when we are likely to make a mistake… Does this begin to reveal how our idea of ‘control’ is just a fallacy?

Obviously there’s nothing wrong in pointing out mistakes, lol, but in that case you’d better be able to show why and how a mistake is a mis-take. Show the consequence, show the outflow, show the outcome that one (or other people) may be experiencing as a result. Here the child has the opportunity to do something differently, not because YOU know better, but because they THEMSELVES want to do better – as they see HOW and WHY it can be done better, with better outflows, and good i.e. constructive consequences for everyone involved.

I mean, we can see in the big and the small how ‘control’ is obviously an illusion – it is a con and a troll – and it backfires.

Day 533 | "If this, then that..." part 3: Consequence & Learning

Continuing from
Day 531 | "If this, then that..."
Day 532 | "If this, then that..." part 2: Control vs Awareness

"I mean, we can see in the big and the small how ‘control’ is obviously an illusion – it is a con and a troll – and it backfires."

Instead of trying to ‘control’ our reality, or ‘control’ other people such as our children through emotional and other manipulation tactics, it would be much wiser if we would control ourselves – our own ‘heart and soul’ that is in fact our own mind –, again however not through superimposing or suppressing or manipulating (eg. trying to ‘control’ ourselves into ‘being something’ or ‘being someone’), but rather through practical common sense, self honesty and consideration of consequence.
Because the ultimate question is: What are we creating?
What am I busy creating? And what are the consequences? This is a question valid to ask yourself at any given moment.

The thing about consequence is, it unfolds in space and time – it is an accumulation of outflows, of input, and the output often takes time.
We all are able to observe the impatient nature of ego. It doesn’t want to know about the STEPS it’s gonna take to get to a certain goal, nor of the hardship and dedication.

The thing about ego is, it’s hooked on its ‘quick fix’ and it wants it NOW – regardless.
REGARD, thus, and a mind that is aligned to the physical space-time reality and sets its own purpose and meaning of life in awareness, clarity and determination; a mind that is able to consider consequence and take into account everything and everyone involved in any goal, project, or action: would seem to be the real solution to the problem of ego and its quick-fix obsessions.

But if we’re busy ‘controlling’ our reality for our ego to ‘win’ – How can we ever LEARN? How can we ever expand, let alone move beyond our own (accepted) limitations?

Having a rough look at ‘ego’ up to this point, can we not already see that this ‘ego’ exists in a starting point of fear, of survival, of a constant attempt to ‘maintain control’, even ‘control’ reality/situations, for self-gratification of some self-image we’ve come to identify with? And isn’t that the same power-game that’s being played on the world system arena?
How can we change the world and how we coexist in our world – if we do not first learn to ‘coexist’ with and as our mind and body in a self honest, coherent, space-time-aligned manner, aware of everything that surrounds us – without inner conflict and mental power-games, without emotional roller-coasters and quick-fix hooks?

Ah, but alas, the ego – that is ourselves – is programmed to react to conditioned stimuli like a bullet that fires once the trigger is pulled.
By the age of 7 a child has formed the main systematic constructs that will form its ‘personality’, or should we say ‘personalities’ – the ‘who and how’ one will tend to be and react to in the various patterns and constellations of life in this world.

Unfortunately those constructs, those structures, are not formed in awareness. They are formed through impact, and through the reaction a child is having to that impact. Unconscious / automatic coping mechanisms are being developed throughout the formative years of a child – without awareness.
Because most parents did not learn about LEARNING and CREATION themselves. Their parents did with them the same things that they are currently doing with their own children. We all WANT to do it differently – but how many of us do? Why is that? It’s because we do not make the effort to LEARN how things work. Not even school teaches such essentials.

Well, the times are changing, and as information evolves and becomes more and more accessible, we find ourselves to be the first generation to be in a position to change ourselves through awareness, through understanding how things work, and through making conscious decisions about who we want to be within it all. We have the chance and the responsibility to pioneer a new way of life and living, a new way of learning, and to allow ourselves and the next generations to truly evolve and make something good out of this world and reality.

Day 534 | “If this, then that...” part 4: From Reaction to Creation

Continuing from
Day 531 | "If this, then that..."

Day 533 | "If this, then that..." part 3: Consequence & Learning

"Ah, but alas, the ego – that is ourselves – is programmed to react to conditioned stimuli like a bullet that fires once the trigger is pulled.

So,
How to change ourselves?
How to stop the wars we wage within and without?
How to change our world, our reality, and the ‘way things are’?
The answer is AWARENESS.

What is awareness? Well, for one, we could consider ourselves aware if we were truly understanding the reality equations of our inner and outer world – the real ‘if this then that’ math, the cause and effect that forms our world as we know it. Wouldn’t this place us in a position to change?

I mean, if we look at how those equations currently function within ourselves, we will find that they are mostly based in fear, fear being an outflow of self-interest/ego and resulting into attempts to control and manipulate our reality/other people to serve our ego. (For an example of this you can reference my previous blog post.)

Now – what would our inner and outer world look like if our ‘if this then that’ equations were based on the matter of fact that is this physical space-time reality?
Would we not gain actual in-depth understanding of how things work? Would we not empower ourselves in self responsibility and truly become considerate and accountable participants?

Indeed the equation of "if this, then that..." is an excellent little formula through which we can a) investigate our own (and our world’s) conditioned patterns and b) get to practical common sense solutions – based on the actual cause & effect realizations that we would inevitably come to if we’d only be willing to 'think outside the box', if we’d only be willing to move beyond our own fears and limitations, our own preconceived ideas, our very own ego.

Let’s have a look at the following:
If this = stimuli/trigger
Then that = response/reaction

Now where exactly is the problem?
The problem is that within all those conditioned patterns we engage and participate in, we hardly consider the consequences, especially long-term consequences, i.e. how we may be compromising ourself and/or other people…
Again the question : What are we creating?
What am I busy creating? And what are the consequences?

Are our “if this then that” equations merely automated programs – where we simply REACT to triggers in the same way over and over again (the pictures may be changing, different people, different scenarios, but the pattern and who SELF is within it remains the same)…?
Or do we carefully and through common sense consideration, in AWARENESS, investigate our “if this then that” equations and ‘correct’ them, such that they allow us to be flexible, to see things for what they are as they come up, to consider all points, to CREATE who and how we are in every moment – in awareness!

It IS possible to ‘deprogram’ and ‘reprogram’ ourselves, it IS possible to LEARN from our limitations, from our accepted and conditioned patterns (beliefs, behaviors, experiences), and it IS possible to replace the old with NEW scripts that contain practical, principle-based applications.
We ARE able to create NEW ‘if this then that’ equations -as SCRIPTS for ‘correcting’- ourselves and live them into creation, into reality, into a new way of being, living and participating in this world.

And when I say ‘correcting’ – this doesn’t come from self judgment, nor should it come from ‘fear of mistakes’. It is simply about correcting the course of our Living from automated-patterns to who we truly are and where we truly want to go in this life.
And of course, ‘scripts’ are but a tool, it can be used as a bridge to handle for example difficult recurring situations – but in the end, I want to trust myself to have a clear mind and sound principles based on which I can clearly assess any given moment/context and decide In the Moment who I want to be and how I want to participate.

So – this is about the process of moving from Consciousness to Awareness; from Reaction to Creation.

Day 535 | Awareness & Interconnectedness

Let’s take the simple definition of Interconnectedness as the connectedness and interdependence of all that exists. Anything that affects one part affects the whole.

This may be easier to grasp if we look at history and then move forward to follow the consequences in space-time: one point tends to reveal a much more wide-spread impact and effect when observed a posteriori.

This seems to be also a challenge for us humans: we somehow don’t seem to be so well equipped to foresee outflows, consequences. But is it really so – or is it rather that our education system (and the entire world system) is set up in a way that we do not focus on investigating cause and effect and understanding consequence; we rather focus on ‘quick-fixes’ and instant self-gratification. We all buy into this sort of system – but there’s nothing REALLY in it for us.

Alright, let’s go back to this word, Interconnectedness, which is a good example for the difference between when a word is ‘understood’ intellectually/mentally and when a word is realized and lived as self, as who one is and how one participates in existence.
Here, with this word – Interconnectedness – we can see the discrepancy that exists: most people can relate to an understanding of ‘interconnectedness’ – it seems like a ‘good thing’ to believe in or to have faith in – but how much or how well are we physically in fact aware of our interconnectedness with and as life…!

So we've looked at the mental vs the physical awareness of Interconnectedness – but where does the emotional/feeling body/dimension fit into the above?

It could definitely fit in with the mental understanding of the word Interconnectedness, as one is able to imagine what interconnectedness is and thus in that moment ‘get a feel of’ how it would feel to be interconnected in awareness. So in that moment of imagination one has a physical experience simulated as well.
But given that in this case the feeling would only last for as long as the imagination is maintained in the mind, one can conclude that it is not real – yet.

So how does one make Interconnectedness real? One would have to bring it through, from the mind into the physical. Perhaps by scripting what the imagined-real definition will entail when it is lived within who one is in every moment, with/within oneself, with others and within one’s relationships, with and within one’s world and environment – including everything: the food we eat, the clothes we wear, the chair we sit on, everything we interact with one way or another. That would obviously imply a totally different approach than the current one we entertain as ‘human beings’, an approach that would require us to question and reconsider everything we see, touch, or interact with.

Back to the question of where the emotion/feeling dimension fits in within all this, what I see is: it’s possible that with the gradual embodiment/living of the realization of Interconnectedness – in how we relate to life as a whole and thus within who we are and how we live – the experience of interconnectedness would become gradually more real, as in: more constant, more consistent, more present; until it is through and through who self is.
Then the experience or feeling of it would appear to ‘diminish’, as the living of Interconnectedness becomes more ‘normal’, more natural, more given, a state of being and living – at that point it’s been fully integrated and ‘automated’ as self, within/as who and how self is – it has become natural.

Doesn't this then demonstrate that a feeling/emotion as in the positive/negative charges/attributions that we subscribe to ‘things’ would indicate a separation?! Where we stick to the feeling and forget to explore and live a word in every moment, HERE In The Physical…as opposed to ‘experiencing’ a word (like eg. ‘interconnectedness’) in our mind…

It also demonstrates how important it is to examine everything that is ‘given’, everything that we take ‘for granted’ – and this includes how we see and approach everything in our world, and our own mind to begin with.

So – especially with such ‘beautiful’ words like Interconnectedness, or Oneness to name another example – we REALLY have to check for ourselves what definitions and what ‘charges’ we hold of the words: does the word merely exist as a make-belief alternate-reality in our mind? Or are we truly living the word as ourselves, in thought, word and deed!

I mean – wouldn’t we have an entirely different world here if we were TRULY aware of our Interconnectedness as life, as living beings of the same substance all breathing the same air; if we were to truly LIVE that interconnectedness practically, physically, in who we are and how we co-exist?!

Day 536 | The Future of Change

Continuing from Day 535 | Awareness & Interconnectedness

<<…it’s possible that with the gradual embodiment/living of the realization of Interconnectedness – in how we relate to life as a whole and thus how we practically honor life within who we are and how we live and co-exist – the experience of interconnectedness would become gradually more real, as in: more constant, more consistent, more present; until it is through and through who self is.
Then the experience or feeling of it would appear to ‘diminish’, as the living of Interconnectedness becomes more ‘normal’, more natural, more given, a state of being and living – at that point it’s been fully integrated and ‘automated’ as self, within/as who and how self is – it has become our nature.>>

Here is a challenge to look at the word ‘automation’ and question any connotation one may hold, so as to be able to examine the word for what it is physically, functionally, practically.

It’s interesting that there seems to be a key in ‘automation’. And if you look at it, that which we take for granted, that which we see as ‘given, is always something that’s been automated. That which we for example take for ‘human nature’ is something that is taken for granted, as given, however it was created throughout time and it’s been automated to exist in ‘accepted ways’ within ‘accepted definitions’. We can't see it because we are it.
But who is the author of it all? What is the authority that dictates what is and what isn’t? Well guess what, even that ‘authority’ has been automated – it now not only exists within and throughout the structures and placements of the world system, infiltrating everything a human being will interact with once born into this world system; it also exists within the ‘inherent’ mental/emotional patterns on individual scale, the sins of the fathers visited upon each child – and humanity seems to have no effective tools for dealing with this entire issue, that is ourselves, our world, our reality.

If one now looks at change, and what change means, how change can be measured or attested: it is where a new pattern has become automated, and thus natural –a change in nature.

Nature is the automation of perfection. Nature automates the best functionality into its evolution –wouldn’t that indicate awareness?!– and even win-win scenarios of symbiosis are often documented. The potential is here. So what must change?

We must change – our nature.

Real Change is always change in the nature of things – to the core.

As humanity, as consciousness, we have obviously at some point been gravely mistaken and things have gone utterly wrong. As humanity in awareness emerging, we are now seeing and realizing this and finally also grasping that WE must be the change. WE are the ones to change the nature of life on earth – this time in awareness. Let's really not hold back, let's give it our all, this one life. We can change how we live and coexist on this earth and how we approach our world and reality, ourselves and each other.

Change is about transformation. We can transform what has become 'human nature' and what we have allowed and accepted to become of our world –into real value as life, individually and collectively.

If you've come thus far in reading this, start with yourself: Ask yourself what you can change/transform about yourself and your living that would have a significant constructive impact on your value as human being and on the value and quality of your relationships with your world.

537 | The Future of Change -part 2- Self Responsibility

<<…with the gradual embodiment/living of the realization of Interconnectedness – in how we relate to life as a whole and thus how we practically honor life within who we are and how we live and co-exist – the experience of interconnectedness would become gradually more real, as in: more constant, more consistent, more present; until it is through and through who self is.

<<That which we take for ‘human nature’ is also something that is taken for granted, as given, however it was created throughout time and it’s been automated to exist in ‘accepted ways’ within ‘accepted definitions’. We can't see it because we are it.>> from Day 536 | The Future of Change

...But that’s not entirely true. We CAN SEE it. At least we can see it in “others”, in the world, everywhere around us. Just mostly not within ourselves. Denial. The answer to denial is self honesty. See – if we only see the ‘evil’ “out there”, then we will only blame, point fingers, judge, demand justice, condemn, conflict. We will never however understand the manifestation at hand – what created it, how it emerged, what sustains it, why and how it exists, and thus how it can be changed. Most importantly, we will miss all the little and subtle ways in which that very same manifestation in its essence exists within our very own mind, or in our behavior. But because we have judged it, we fear it, we hate it, we condemn it – this also often happens when one has had a self-honest insight into one’s own mind: one immediately goes into reactions of self-judgment, or guilt, or self-victimization or self-loathing. Because we have judged it, we have separated ourselves from it; and because we stand in separation, we are biased, we cannot see the whole picture. That makes us part of the problem.
So how do we become part of the solution?

Through taking self responsibility as life, those separated parts (within/of self or within/of the world) can now be ‘lifted up’ and amalgamated into and as life HERE. We have a long way to go as humanity, and what I would like to see is us giving to each other, fairly sharing the resources of our home planet and leading sustainable lives in the abundance that is here for all. This is a lengthy process and it begins with self. Because we are the cells of the world, of humanity on earth. Hence a process of self realization, self liberation, self responsibility in awareness as life emerging.
Self is the origin.
Through self responsibility we take back our power and can stand in integrity.
And the more self becomes and stands as that self-directive principle in awareness as life, determined to no longer accept or allow anything less than life, anything less than living our full potential in every moment; determined to honor and enjoy life and embrace the creative potential of oneself that will facilitate equally the creative potential of humanity as a whole and each individually: the more we strengthen ourselves as life in awareness, the easier ‘change’ becomes – and the ripple effects spread throughout humanity. This revolution is about love in action, compassion in action, awareness in action – and we must do it together. We can only do it together. We are all here on Earth, breathing the same air, sustained by the same water, the same sun.

What would the world look like if everyone was able to be their own judge (in self-honesty, not in self-punishment!) instead of pointing fingers at others and judging the world/systems? If everyone would embrace self responsibility in the context of life and would support oneself to be and become the best version of oneself ever possible, to transform oneself from a system product to a living being in awareness – as a contribution to one’s own life experience and life as a whole?
Why have we not been doing that as human beings? Is it because we abdicate our power and responsibility to others, to gods, to systems, to faith and hope and other imaginary saviors? Is it because we fear our own power, not trusting ourselves to be the leaders, to be the change we want to see in the world? Is it because it’s easier to remain ‘comfortably numb’ than to take responsibility, stand up, stand out?

Self Responsibility is Power. Self Responsibility is Self-Response-Ability, thus the ability to respond at any given moment HERE in a self-directive, responsible way, as opposed to our habitual responses being reactive, automated, conditioned patterns, born of systems.

Let’s birth ourselves as life HERE – let’s make this world a world of LIFE, no longer a world of death, of destruction, of separation. Let’s restore the value of life as a matter of fact, as a matter of action, of change, of transformation – Let’s embrace LIFE within ourselves and each other!

538 | The Future of Change -part 3- Forgiveness

Continuing from
535 | Awareness & Interconnectedness
536 | The Future of Change
537 | The Future of Change -part 2- Self Responsibility

There is a lot of talk about standing-up when it comes to self development or to changing the world. Within that however we must consider that we cannot stand-up and remain standing, unless we have first dropped down to the lowest ground of our existence, the darkest pit of our mind, of our history, of everything that defines us – and picked ourself up, got to know that part of self that’s been separated and pushed away, and forgiven it – lesson learned.
That separated part can now be ‘lifted up’ and amalgamated into/as self HERE as life, humanity here as life. Now change is possible. Because how can we stand-up and bring forth sustainable change for real – in our own lives or humanity as a whole –, unless we take responsibility for everything that is here as it exists!

What is interesting, is that – both on individual and collective level – we are witnessing Change as being rather a process of stopping / dropping / letting go of the layers/systems/programs that have not served us well as life; a process of breaking through those accepted limitations and redefining our life and living. It’s not about creating new layers of new stuff – that is not change, that’s pretense – it’s about removing/changing/transforming all that which has been undermining our life potential – individually and collectively.

This is the process of forgiveness – we see how a point/system/program works, we understand its creation, we see the whole picture and realize its consequence, and take responsibility. Then we can decide that enough is enough, this cannot continue, we must stop/change/transform this. Once we stop a particular approach/mind-set/bias, once we remove the veils of systems, the veils of limitation, the buttons for conditioned responses – new possibilities open up that we may not have been able to envision before.

Forgiveness implies seeing and understanding. And here emerges the ability to change, for through forgiveness one gives oneself the ‘permission’ and the ‘authority’ to change. Change thus implies self responsibility.
Just like responsibility begins with self, so does forgiveness. As does perhaps everything we have created?

Change is about the purification of the past through realization of what is here as creation/created and through understanding of the systems/programs at hand; it’s about the correction of the system/program through introspection, self honesty and common sense.
For oneself, when it comes to change, one can write out the ‘correction script’ for future reference; it’s about the living/applying of the realized change, taking responsibility in thought, word and deed – it’s about breathing life into a new creation, embracing the potential of life in this reality and making the best contribution I can make.

Forgiveness & the will power of self responsibility, of honesty and self respect as life – to move through the limitations, to diffuse the bias, to release oneself from mental/emotional attachments, to see things for what they are, to learn from the past and let it go; to move toward a future walked through real decisions in awareness, to stand as ONE of humanity, as human being EQUAL within life as a whole, and be the best contribution I can be in this life, this world that we all share.

To change our evil ways we must start with ourselves. Forgiveness always starts with self forgiveness. There is no point in blaming, judging, and pointing fingers, because in self honesty we can see that each and every atrocious pattern that exists ‘out there’ exists within our own consciousness in one way or another – however subtle, however small.
“How does this pattern exist within me/my thoughts/my behavior? How do I live this pattern in my own mind/life/everyday-living? Where do I still blame/judge without understanding the entirety of the problem or investigating solutions? And how can I change myself from being part of the problem into being part of the solution?” – These are questions that open up entirely new possibilities, and through which we can empower ourselves.

Real power comes with responsibility.

I for one commit myself to investigate and introspect every point I judge, blame or fear within my world and take responsibility for it, as I see and realize doing this will enable me to see the whole picture, to see the pattern for what it is and how it was created, how it is being sustained, what is the role I play within it all – Name the game. Stop the game. Change the game.
We can change the conversation, make it count, make it a learning experience, for real, for everyone included.

I commit myself to assist and support myself and others equally to move beyond our accepted limitations and transcend our accepted subservience to systems, both within and without, so we can truly emerge in awareness as life, as creators, and nurture the potential of life until it is born as a new humanity, a humanity that has gone through a process of self realization, of forgiveness, of learning and evolution, of change – and has automated its foundation and founding principle into and as a stable, sustainable, and common sense agreement of LIFE. On such a basis, we can be free and creative in redefining Life & Living for our world, and manifest a world where we can all be and experience so much more…!

<<…that which we take for granted, that which we see as ‘given, is always something that’s been automated. That which we take for ‘human nature’ is for example something that is taken for granted, as given, however it was created throughout time and it’s been automated to exist in ‘accepted ways’ within ‘accepted definitions’. We can't see it because we are it.
If one now looks at change, and what change means, how change can be measured or attested: it is where a new pattern has become automated, has become natural, effortless –that something was changed in its nature>>

from Day 536 | The Future of Change

Say you as a child have through experiences conditioned yourself to react to being praised with shyness. With time, and through repeating this pattern, you have become a ‘shy person’. There was a change in nature, and now as a grown-up you can only get a glimpse of how and who you were before those experiences and reactions took place, before you conditioned yourself into being a ‘shy person’. Being ‘shy’ is now automated as a response whenever you’re being praised, it is ‘in your nature’, and you naturally go into a reaction of ‘shyness’ every time – automatically.

This would be an example of how our ‘nature’ is programmable – and perhaps also an answer to the question “Why change?”

Change is about changing the habits that have inhabited us and formed who we are without our awareness – yet through our permission, acceptance and allowance. As self and humanity emerge in awareness, we can now investigate and change the patterns we have accepted and allowed to define and determine life on earth, our living experience, even the value of life itself.

Change is about Awareness.

Self worth and self respect are also issues to be introspected in this context – and more often than not we will find the most absurd thought patterns automated to undermine self worth, the most ridiculous behavior patterns automated in sabotaging our self respect… But have we developed self respect to begin with? Have we recognized self worth to begin with? Or what does ‘life on earth’ as a system teach its children? Why have the people on earth become so degraded in their value as life?

If we look at how we create our life experience, both on individual/personal and on collective level, what we will find is that what drives everything are patterns/habits. The habits that inhabit us, who [we] in turn inhabit this planet, but did we plan it? We didn’t. Some few did, deliberately so, and those now sit on the top of the pyramid, but the pyramid is crumbling. What most did is compliance, allowance, acceptance, deferring of responsibility, abdication of the right to life – life as creation.

So – here we all are.
The habits that inhabit us – as individuals: fear, survival, dishonesty, self-interest as ego; and as collective: exploitation, abuse, consumerism, deception, separation, divide & conquer… the habits that inhabit us shape our world, shape our lives, and we in turn individually play a role in shaping the bigger picture. It’s been an endless cycle of never-ending power-games, all in survival mode. An automated system of exploitation, and we have become systems within systems.

Where and how to disrupt this vicious game?
How to stop the automation of evil?
There is only one answer to that question though it may be expressed in different words –Awareness, Here, Self, Life, You and Me, Transparency, Truth, Democracy, Solutions, Common Sense, Oneness & Equality, Humanity.
The answer is to Stop, stop the madness, breathe, recall where you come from: You come from the earth, your body is of the earth, your mind is of the world, regardless what you think. Investigate, how much of what you think YOU have placed in there in self-responsibility, in awareness; how much of what you speak is an expression of who you really are, an act of will power with a purpose that extends beyond your little bubble of ego, of fear, of self-interest.

Without awareness, and without responsibility for all that which our awareness realizes about ourselves, about our world, about our NATURE…it would be impossible to change our life experience, to change life on earth, to change the nature of how we co-exist and what we create. And yet that is exactly the challenge we’re facing, as human beings individually and as humanity collectively. The realization of ourselves as creators, the realization of cause and effect, the realization of responsibility. And the realization that time is all we have and we must use it wisely – we must not wait and not waver.

This is what I realized when I made the decision to start with myself: To stand-up no matter what, to be a part of life, a part of solutions, not part of the problems. To change the habits that inhabit ME and that tell me who I’ve known myself to be, what I can do and cannot do, what is possible and what impossible – and instead to realize self worth, self responsibility, and my potential as life. To change the habits that are rooted in systems of separation, of submission, of inferiority/superiority and other polarity traps. To transform what I as the world have accepted and allowed life and living to be (which had become merely survival, consumerism, abuse) into an expression that is equal to living, restoring the value of life, an expression that comes from the core, from source, from interconnectedness and care, seeking to play and to connect and to work-together, to express its full potential and within that allow and facilitate existence as a whole to unleash its utmost potential.

Once we see and realize that what we’ve been creating and manifesting as ‘life on earth’ doesn’t truly honor life, doesn’t honor the right to life, doesn’t honor ourselves and each other as who we truly are as life and does not allow us to live our full potential – we must change it. We gotta stop our evil ways. Our awareness of ‘what is here’ is pressing: Change!
What we have now on earth is an automated system designed to exploit and abuse life. It is a system without awareness, following one dictator: profit. This is the nature of the system: polarity/inequality, separation, divide & conquer.
Automation describes something that has become natural and has a drive, flow, rhythm of its own. In our current system we call it ‘free market’ and other things, despite the fact that we are starving the world.

Imagine a world where care, honesty, cooperation, sustainable flourishing, win-win solutions are principles that have become natural, that have become the drive, flow and rhythm of life on earth – Imagine how that could support us in restoring the value of life, making sure we allow not one being to suffer and that everyone is able to enjoy life.
It’s not to say that automation in itself is bad. What is bad is the lack of awareness, and having automation be something that is designed to diminish awareness from the get-go [see our current education system for instance!]
It doesn’t mean we cannot ‘automate’ new ways, new patterns, new systems. Habits, patterns, systems, are just that as long as they are literally voted upon, ‘authorized by life’ within and without, dictated by common sense and self-honesty, and utilized as the TOOLS that they are, to facilitate life on earth, not to rule it.
We can be creators of new systems – but let us no longer allow destructive systems of fear and separation to be the directors of life on earth, of who we are, of what life can be. Let us no longer limit life, no longer limit ourselves, no longer limit each other and the future of humanity.

Change and creation go hand in hand. Change as the stopping, forgiving and letting go of the past so that only the lesson remains; so that we are truly HERE, present, aware, and able to see things for what they are at any given moment; and creation as the process that can then unfold as we emerge in awareness, as self expression and creative will HERE, as we step out of the ‘old’ and into the new, the unknown, to shape it in real-time through who we are and how we work together, in self responsibility, in awareness as life.

The change starts with us.
The change starts with self.
What are the automated patterns keeping me from living my full potential? And how can I automate corrections and self-directive creativity into my everyday living?
For this, check out the Desteni I Process.

540 | The Revolution Is Being Televised!

I was watching this Youtube video on Initiatives for Change (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aQ9zR0Ut76s) and I thought to myself: The Revolution IS BEING televised!
It's not the mainstream stories, granted, yet more and more the voice of life is coming through as people get together to work together toward sustainable win-win solutions. This is only the beginning and we've got a long way to go, humanity, but let's do this!

There is also the silent revolution, the inner revolution, the revolution at the core of our being for which we are each responsible - the decency of ourselves as LIFE, as living beings on this one home planet we all share.

We can always only create who we are. We are what we accept ourselves to be. We have become clones of the past and have kept history repeating - no peace, no dignity, no sustainable future for life. To change our creation as this world we must change ourselves and our relationships, how we live and co-exist, how we work together and how we relate to the value of life - practically, visibly so.

It's what we create. We've been following fate creating vicious cycles in unawareness - through acceptance, submission, division. As awareness of life emerges, we now can start creating a new destiny for ourselves as humanity, as creative potential, as life in awareness.

WORK TOGETHER, EMBRACE LIFE!

At the same time, the system is doing everything in its power to suppress the revolution and keep Humanity from truly evolving as Life on Earth... Under the name "Really good friends of services" (http://blog.campact.de/2015/03/tisa-man ... -geheimen/) the EU, the US and 22 other countries negotiate the agreement TISA. The representatives of the countries don't seem to represent their citizens' interests. For the negotiations and documents remain secret. The TISA agreement is about Services -that is areas of our daily life which could include power and water supply, postal services, communications, health and finance services, data or waste management, education...- and yet there is no transparency whatsoever (http://truth-out.org/news/item/24486-wi ... artnership) as to what the negotiations involve! This is unacceptable.

Clearly, change cannot come through institutions that serve interests other than LIFE. Change will come through PEOPLE transforming the established institutions or creating new ones. Or it won't, because look - what is behind TISA but PEOPLE...and what PEOPLE accept and allow, submit and subscribe to.

We are the power. What we are is what we create.
Time for Change!

541 | Breaking the Set & Questioning our Acceptances

I was watching the last episode with Abby Martin ‘breaking the set’ (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dLVMKuZHbug) and I couldn’t help looking at it in the light of the evolution process of HUMANITY, as we move from consciousness to AWARENESS.

“It's a long distance run - not a sprint!” Said Eugene Puryear about effective activism (and essentially the evolution of our awareness and human society), when talking to Abby Martin who in this last episode reminds us: "Being the change that we want to see - that's all we can ever do!"

Oneness & Equality in the words of Abby Martin: "We are one human family living on one organism" – Yep! When that organism as life is whole, sound, vital and ecstatic in expression of tis utmost potential - then, Abby, we can at last stop breaking the set ;) and LIVE!
...But let's not form absolute projections here, for even while 'breaking the set' we LIVE as 'life emerging', every breath here. Every breath counts, it's how we create. Make every moment matter, make it count as a +1 in the evolution of Humanity.

Let’s look at the definition of Consciousness for a moment, for a lot has been done with words that has formed a perception of reality that stands in the way of self realization - the realization of what we have become and what we are creating - the habits that inhabit us and the PATTERNS of this existence.
Yep, patterns. It's all about patterns. Look at any life from the point of birth and you will see life awareness and creative beingness slowly but surely being captured and imprinted by a SYSTEM. In the image and likeness of the systems, each life develops its own patterns.
Patterns are not bad as such. It is the inFORMation that a pattern carries, expresses, and creates that should concern us. A system consists of interactions of information as patterns. These patterns can be constructive and best-for-all or they can be destructive, which is in the case of our manifested world where the 1% control and exploit the 99%. Of LIFE, mind you.
Now let's look at the word CREATION: we always create who we are. A Creation is always equal to and one with its Creator and the process of Creating/Created. We are now both the chicken AND the egg with the most magnificent challenge before us, as ourselves: How to transform the destructive 'old' patterns into new constructive ways of life that in all ways honor LIFE as who we all really are.

It's not a sprint, but let's speed up our process through Awareness - for every breath counts.
Awareness - some call it 'mindfulness', but what else does that imply than the task at hand: to occupy our mind - Be Here. Redefining mind-full-ness: transforming self from system-driven, perception-separated consciousness systems into living beings in Awareness, beings that CARE.

Let's go back to the definition of consciousness.
Consciousness has been deified and it has been demonized. Consciousness as a world system is fear-based. Consciousness as our mind system is conditioned to be so too. The mind however can be a tool, it is a part of ourselves that we can embrace and transform, through common sense and unbiased investigation, through self honesty and forgiveness, through self responsibility and respect for life.

We can look at consciousness as the 'old' program that became automated and exists through/as us without our awareness, yet through our acceptance/allowance, taking over existence through a polarity equation manifested as the money-system (and all systems of our world: in each one you will find the seed of separation, separating self as life from being an empowered, self-willed creator in awareness) –
and we can look at AWARENESS as that spark of life that exists within each one, as the seed to one's utmost potential as life.

Systems create systems. Life creates life.

What IS life? Life is interconnectedness, life is perfection, life is symbiosis and synergy, life is 'highest' potential of our manifested reality. Life is abundance and expression. Creation and Flow.
We are not Life - yet. That which is Life is Here in Awareness, always, and life and death as we know it does not change its beingness. This need not be perceived metaphysically. Consider the infinite dimensions and potentials of our physical universe that we could be exploring, were it not for the veils of the systems within and without.

We've got a long way to go, HUMANITY, individually and collectively –
But the time is here and the spark of life is becoming visible, as people standing-up and standing together to work toward a better future for all, a future that places life as the highest value, equal in all.

The spark of life is in each one – and each one has the responsibility to sustain it, to nurture it, to embrace it as self and allow it to grow, explore, expand, and be part of LIFE, facilitating life to its utmost potential!

This is the evolution process of HUMANITY, as we move from consciousness to AWARENESS as LIFE.
