Yes, it takes patience - and a part of patience is to be consistently applying oneself. We are barely scratching the surface here - but see: the reason why it feels so tightening and overwhelming (or that is how I have experienced it), is because we have buried ourselves through suppression, layer upon layer. It might appear like opening it all up makes everything worse, but we are actually simply allowing ourselves to see all the shit we have hid from (and as) ourselves. When we start writing these layers out, we can bring ourselves to a point of release, where we in fact can let go and stop participating in a specific pattern. i have been unemployed since 2005. i recive velfare money. because i was diagnosed with schiziophrenia, snce 2001. thats the reason of alkohol, drug, sexual content, and personal misery, etc, abuse in general, have gotten me so low down nitty gritty, its gotten me to the extent to not talk aboute schizophrenia: its not smart. people are judgefull. both ways, and it causes diferences. i dont write , anywhere that i have had, masturbated to pedophile porno, and that i have made people hurt and been holding up abuse.
