Why do we so often and vigorously doubt our own ability to change? Why do we have the tendency of sabotaging ourselves when there is actual evidence of our change by doubting ourselves?
How was the mind pre-programmed to view things in a negative and pessimistic light, instead of seeing things in our lives practically and objectively?
How can doubt be used constructively to assess points that can be changed/improved upon, instead of using doubt as a reason to give up?
