Interesting information shared here. The analogy of the sprinters, on how the mind sprints when we are in emotional and feeling energy and then our self + body have to catch up and are put in an unnatural pace. It’s practical to use as a reminder when our emotions are like all over the place. To instead then calm down, slow down.
What I also found interesting is when it was mentioned that nothing is ever really stopping. That there is always movement going on. That things are always expressing.
And, that when the mind "stops" it's really a different 'kind' of 'stopping'
